History
Psykos directed the Monster Association from a laboratory 1,500 meters underground. She controlled Big Eye as a puppet and gathered data on the Hero Association while keeping her own existence hidden even from other monsters. Orochi was her most successful experiment, but he had begun developing an independent will 256.
After Tatsumaki destroyed Big Eye, she traced its faint psychic transmissions back to Psykos and dragged her out of the laboratory. Psykos drank a power-boosting serum and fought back, but Tatsumaki subdued her and sent her crashing onto Orochi's remains 256.
Orochi tried to absorb Psykos. During their struggle, a god-like presence granted her power; she crushed Orochi's consciousness and took control of their merged body, becoming Sai Orochi. Saitama subsequently defeated Sai Orochi with a Serious Punch. Tatsumaki later found remains and concluded it was most likely dead 257 258.
