| Name | Sixth Realm (第六境) |
| Alias(es) | Emperor; Demigod; Dao Gatherer; Half-Immortal; Quasi-God; Ten-Life Legend; Legendary; Martial Emperor 166 404 413 |
| Classification | Sixth of the nine known cultivation realms; follows the Fifth Realm and precedes the Seventh Realm 389 404 |
| Status | A Dao Seal-based transcendent stage attained after Fifth Realm Perfection 404 413 |
Attainment
The Fifth Realm represents complete comprehension of a single transcendent system. Sublimating that complete comprehension into a Dao Seal marks entry into the Sixth Realm. 404
The realm is described as a stage of Dao, God, Immortal, or Super Transformation—a long ascent toward godhood rather than the endpoint of cultivation. 404 413
| Principle | Details |
|---|---|
| Foundation | A practitioner reaches Fifth Realm Perfection in a system, then condenses its completed comprehension into a Dao Seal. 389 404 |
| System limit | Once a system has condensed into a Dao Seal, that individual system cannot grow stronger further. 414 |
| Multiple systems | Different cultivation systems cannot normally be trained simultaneously because their laws conflict; Dao Seals allow their completed laws to coexist. 389 |
| System selection | New systems should be fundamentally different from prior ones. Similar systems can still work, but may turn a path requiring dozens of Dao Seals into one requiring hundreds. 405 |
| Path to Seventh Realm | Numerous Dao Seals form a chain of Dao laws; once enough seals create a complete entity, the practitioner may advance to the Seventh Realm. 389 |
Power Scale
Sixth Realm power is measured through Dao Seals, Saint Body multipliers, and other personal enhancements such as Essence. The stated base unit is roughly 5,000 Thorn Power, ten times Fifth Realm Perfection. 413 414
| Benchmark | Documented power |
|---|---|
| Theoretical weakest First Heaven | 10,000 Thorn Power: one low-quality Dao Seal, a base multiplier, and no Saint Body bonus. 413 |
| Typical First Heaven | 300,000–1.5 million Thorn Power, depending on Dao Seal quality and Saint Body strength. 414 |
| Combat characteristics | Sixth Realm beings can employ methods inaccessible to lower “mortal” realms; their battles may tear through space and shift between reality and shattered void. 353 408 |
| Survivability | Sixth Realm life force is exceptionally difficult to erase. During one documented attack on several such cultivators, only a Fifth Heaven individual was confirmed killed, while others recovered or fled as souls. 444 |
Heavenly Layers
The Sixth Realm is divided into Heavenly Layers or “Heavens.” A First Heaven cultivator normally possesses one Dao Seal, while higher-layer cultivators may accumulate more systems and stronger seals. 413 457
- The Yuan Tian Realm was estimated to contain more than one million Sixth Realm cultivators, but fewer than half a million had reached the Second Heaven and fewer than ten thousand had reached the Tenth Heaven. 434
- In a typical era, the strongest Sixth Realm cultivator rarely exceeds the Fiftieth Heaven. 435
- A powerful cultivator at a lower Heaven can contend with someone at a substantially higher Heaven through superior Dao Seal quality, Saint Body multipliers, or Essence. 414
Re-cultivation
A defining feature of the Sixth Realm is the ability to begin new “lifetimes” of cultivation. A cultivator may strip away their active Dao Seal, return to a mortal body without cultivation, and cultivate a different system to Fifth Realm Perfection before forming another seal. 389 414
- Retained foundations — Re-cultivators may preserve their Saint Body and Divine Abilities, which can continue evolving across successive lifetimes. 389
- Seal-derived techniques — Previously condensed Dao Seals can grant special abilities even while the practitioner re-cultivates a new system; one example allows the use of system-specific spells such as invisibility. 389
- Risk of interruption — Losing a one-life body does not necessarily kill the main Sixth Realm cultivator, but can force a return to prior cultivation and waste immense time. One account describes a thousand years needed to stabilize a Dao Seal after such a loss. 389 434
- Restricted knowledge — The method for stripping Dao Seals and re-cultivating is rare outside the central Yuan Tian Realm, and is largely monopolized by powerful Sixth Realm families. 408 414
Sixth Realm Forces
| Tier | Characteristics |
|---|---|
| Tyrant forces | Lone Sixth Realm cultivators, or forces founded by a single Emperor. Many lack re-cultivation knowledge and remain confined to the First Heaven because no ally can protect them while they restart cultivation. 457 |
| Inherited forces | Possess at least two Sixth Realm cultivators, allowing one member to re-cultivate under another’s protection. Their strongest members generally do not exceed the Fifth Heaven. 457 |
| Mythical powers | Ancient families or sects with at least ten Sixth Realm cultivators and a strongest member no lower than the Tenth Heaven. They reliably possess re-cultivation methods and recruit unaffiliated Emperors. 457 |
| Immortal or Divine Clans | Forces whose ancestors produced a Co-Lord of Spring and Autumn. Many possess an Immortal Path, giving them a major advantage over families still exploring the path independently. 457 |
| True Immortal Clans | Immortal Clans whose Seventh Realm Immortal has not yet left the Yuan Tian Realm. 457 |
Relation to Other Realms
The Fifth Realm is regarded as the ultimate limit of pure power cultivation within a single transcendent system. The Sixth Realm begins the transition toward laws, gods, and immortals, although its practitioners remain far below a true Seventh Realm Immortal. 353 404
- A Sixth Realm practitioner must build mutually complementary systems to progress toward becoming a Co-Lord of Spring and Autumn; disconnected systems cannot complete that path. 414
- The gap between the Sixth and Seventh Realms is extreme: a True Immortal’s full-power burst can destroy everything within a light-year radius, far surpassing even powerful Sixth Realm cultivators. 491
- Despite their strength, Sixth Realm cultivators remain vulnerable during re-cultivation, especially when their one-life bodies are active in lower-realm regions. 433 444
Azure Domain History
For much of Azure Domain history, the Sixth Realm was treated as a near-mythical stage. Among more than fifty domains connected through the Ten Thousand Races Battlefield, only seven or eight were known to have ever produced Sixth Realm cultivators, and only three had confirmed living practitioners at the time. 166
The Azure Domain itself reportedly went over two hundred thousand years without producing a Sixth Realm cultivator. Even its Demon Race did not know how to achieve the breakthrough. 346
By the time the Human Race Supremes were questioned directly, they acknowledged that the Azure Domain had no proper Sixth Realm cultivators; its supposed Fifth Realm True Kings were instead maintained through unusual Destiny-based methods. 305
