Background & History

Naruto was born during the Nine-Tails Incident as the younger twin of Uzumaki Menma. When the masked attacker released the Nine-Tails, Minato Namikaze and Uzumaki Kushina split the beast in two: Naruto received its Yang half, while his parents died sealing it to protect Konoha. Menma was abducted amid the chaos and left at the Konoha Orphanage. Naruto's parentage and jinchūriki status were concealed, and he was raised alone in Konoha. 1 457 499

He grew up isolated by the villagers' prejudice, yet remained energetic and openly pursued acknowledgment through his dream of becoming Hokage.
