Background and History

Pangu's path is to shatter Chaos and create worlds. According to River Crab Daoist, he is a Chaos lifeform created by fallen Hongmeng lifeforms, with a trace of Hongmeng essence. Pangu pursues his Dao by sending incarnations into Chaos Worlds; their experiences return to him when they survive 411 412 415.

The Pangu body that opened the Primordial Wilderness fell and became the world. Its primordial spirit became the Three Pure Ones, while twelve drops of blood from the Heart of Pangu gave rise to the Twelve Ancestral Witches. Pangu also left a will and a resurrection contingency associated with Buzhou Mountain. Taiyi considers a full revival possible in principle but beyond the power of Houtu alone 18 337.

Pangu later enters a Chaos World where Taiyi is pursuing his own Dao. The two fight because their paths conflict, then end their battle without a clear winner after their clash destroys the surrounding Chaos World. They subsequently discuss the Dao and the threat posed by the Hongmeng Master 410 412 414 415.

Pangu joins Taiyi and Heavenly Dao Hongjun in the System Space and contributes an incarnation capable of supplying Pangu Blood Essence and other materials for system exchange. Later, he explores a dangerous spacetime vortex after informing both of them of his destination 418 419 788.

Appearance

Pangu appears as a towering, muscular giant whose vitality overwhelms the Chaos around him 410 411.

Personality

Pangu is direct and eager to test powerful opponents. He challenges Taiyi to a contest of their Daos, offers his incarnation's body as the prize if he loses, and later asks Taiyi plainly to discuss the Dao with him. He acknowledges Taiyi as a fellow Daoist rather than insisting on superiority as his creator 411 412 415.

He is also willing to pursue uncertain opportunities. Despite sensing danger from the spacetime vortex, he enters it after sending Taiyi and Hongjun messages. He is less willing to be generous when River Crab Divine Beast proposes using one of his incarnations as a renewable source of exchange materials 418 788.
