Background / History

Chen Yunxuan is the son of Chen Family Patriarch Chen Zhengyuan. When the Liu Family attempted to void its old marriage contract with the declining Chen Family, Yunxuan confronted Liu Mengyan directly and rejected her assumption that she would marry him. His intervention established him as the Chen Family’s young master and defender of its dignity 3.

After Chen Changan returned as the Chen Family’s Old Ancestor, Yunxuan willingly became his disciple. Chen Changan identified him as the most talented member of the younger generation and taught him the Emperor-tier Supreme Hegemon Body Art 5 8.

Chen Changan also forced Yunxuan to confront the brutality of the cultivation world. When ordered to eradicate the Xu and Ning Families, Yunxuan hesitated but ultimately carried out the command, accepting his mentor’s lesson that mercy toward enemies could endanger oneself 12.

Stronger opponents excite rather than intimidate him; he actively sought a battle with Divine Ability Realm seventh-layer Elder Zhao and declared that his ultimate goal was to become number one in the Central Heaven Domain 48.

Despite his aggression in combat, Yunxuan is not reckless without principle. He remains calm after victory, showing neither gloating nor outward arrogance even when defeating opponents far above his realm 48.
