Capturing the Beasts Pirates

The Four Elder Stars and the Holy Knights wore varying expressions as they watched Wang Shi defeat Beast Kaido.

Wang Shi, the emperor of a World Government member nation, had defeated one of the Four Emperors.

For the World Government, this was tremendous news.

Unfortunately, it came at the painful cost of the World Government and Marine Headquarters losing all face.

The better the Goa Empire performed and the stronger Wang Shi became, the more incompetent the World Government appeared.

It had forced them to retreat.

Otherwise, even without Wang Shi, they could have taken down Beast Kaido, perhaps even crushed the other three Emperors and reclaimed the Pluton warship.

After all, Lord Imu had descended in person.

Yet in the end, they accomplished nothing and even lost two Holy Knights.

Even Saint Saturn of the Five Elders and Gunko had been captured and gone missing.

What was worse, every one of them had been thoroughly humiliated, including Lord Imu.

The culprit behind all of this was Emeth, the ancient robot that Saint Saturn had secretly kept instead of destroying two hundred years ago!
