Wu Siduo first appears in Suotuo City as a girl who came from another point in time. When Dai Mubai and Ma Hongjun confront her over the newly established Shrek Academy, she responds with open coldness and disgust rather than backing down 1.

She decisively defeats Dai Mubai and Ma Hongjun. Her Nether Civet possession and four purple soul rings shock Dai Mubai, while her speed leaves him unable to retaliate; she then incapacitates Ma Hongjun with Nether Shadow Clone 2. Dai Mubai subsequently suspects a connection between her and the Star Luo Empire's Zhu Family because of her Nether Civet martial soul 3.

Following Shrek Academy's entrance examinations, Wu Siduo assists with receiving the successful applicants. She distributes the academy's enrollment gifts—one-hundred-cubic-meter Storage Soul Tool bracelets—and explains their function to the stunned newcomers 13.

Wu Siduo later leads Ning Rongrong and Zhu Zhuqing to the academy dormitory, confidently telling the incoming students that Shrek can turn them into monsters in the eyes of the outside world 15. She is subsequently revealed to be an internal student of Shrek Academy rather than a newly admitted recruit. During class introductions, she identifies herself as a rank forty-four agility-attack battle soul master with the twin martial souls Evil Eye White Tiger and Nether Civet 17 18.

In the academy's virtual practical assessment, Wu Siduo leads a team with Ning Rongrong, Dai Yun'er, and Zhu Zhuqing. In the competition's free-for-all stage, Wu Siduo eliminates Ning Rongrong and reaches the seventeen-person final 244. When Tang Wulin elects to fight all sixteen other finalists alone, she joins Ye Xinglan and Xie Xie in attacking him while Xu Xiaoyan provides control. Her Hell White Tiger's assault fails to overcome his defenses, and Tang Wulin subsequently eliminates her 244 246. She places fifth overall, earning a full set of Hundred Thousand Year Soul Bones, ninety thousand Contribution Points, a Black-Grade Mecha, and two Level-Eight Soul Tools 249.

After the competition, the academy assigns Wu Siduo a separate cultivation plan. Dai Yun'er and Zhu Zhuqing recognize that Wu Siduo's progress remains ahead of theirs, while Wu Siduo continues striving to catch up to Tang Wulin's overwhelming strength 270. Wu Siduo is terse, controlled, and confident in her own judgment. She rarely responds to praise or panic, instead giving brief instructions and continuing toward the objective 31 32.

Despite her intimidating strength, she explicitly states that she does not look down on fellow Shrek students. Her decision to arrange a two-against-three challenge is based on the advantage held by the two four-ring representatives, not contempt for their opponents 62.

She is willing to instruct classmates who seek self-improvement. When Zhu Zhuqing and Dai Yun'er struggle to apply their soul skills more effectively, Wu Siduo demonstrates how Hell Stab can be adapted for movement and retreat rather than used only offensively 61. She recognizes Zhu Zhuqing's determination to grow stronger as something she shares, and asks that the others reciprocate by sharing any new ideas they develop 61.
