Ning Fengzhi is the master of the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect and Ning Rongrong's father. After Rongrong leaves the sect to enroll at Shrek Academy, he worries that her spoiled upbringing may cause trouble away from home and asks Chen Xin to personally check on her 86.

Chen Xin's reports convince Ning Fengzhi that Shrek Academy possesses resources, teachers, and power beyond the sect's expectations. He accepts that Rongrong has found a greater opportunity there than she would have had by remaining in the sect 121 122.
