Background / History

Mike served the Bruce Family as its butler for forty years. When the Wild Wolf Pirates raided the family, every other member was killed; Mike was imprisoned after refusing the pirates' attempts to recruit him. Rody and Nami found and freed him on the fourth day of his captivity. 7

Having lost his home and family, Mike asked to spend the rest of his life serving Rody as repayment for his rescue and the destruction of the Wild Wolf Pirates. Rody accepted after Mike listed his household skills. 7

As Rody's influence expanded from a pirate crew into Heaven Kingdom, Mike's responsibilities expanded with it.
