History
Encounter and Death
Ye Xishui located the dragon a little over five li downstream from Meng Chen’s resting place while helping him search for a lightning-attributed soul beast. Its quality suited his Thunder Hell Vine martial soul, but its age exceeded his intended first-ring target of roughly one thousand years. Despite the risk of absorbing its energy, Meng Chen chose to hunt it 10.
The dragon was eating a Rockhorn Deer when it sensed him. Recalling that humans tasted better and could increase its cultivation, it abandoned its prey and charged at Meng Chen, intending to swallow him 10.
Ye Xishui released a trace of pressure that pinned its entire body to the ground. Meng Chen then fired several shots from his soul tool pistol into its eye socket, blasting through its head and killing it. A purple soul ring rose from the corpse 10.
