Everyone lined up and took turns kicking the thugs lying on the ground, fulfilling the limited event conditions of "stopping criminal activity" and "defeating Bloodfang Gang members."

Only after receiving their Justice Point rewards from the settlement did they contentedly step aside and allow the next Knowledge Sect follower to repeat the process.

When the battle ended, five Bloodfang Gang thugs lay on the ground, barely breathing. They were so close to death that they did not even have the strength to beg for mercy.

Their injuries would require at least several months of bed rest, and they were basically finished with gang life.

Pete gave everyone a slight bow. "Thank you all for lending a hand."

After dealing with the threat posed by the five Bloodfang Gang thugs, both to express their gratitude and to plan how to efficiently clear out the Bloodfang Gang for more Justice Points, Pete suggested they head to Moni Brothers Tavern and sit down for a while to make a proper plan.

It was just after work, so no one objected. They gladly agreed.

Although some tables and chairs in the tavern had been damaged during the previous conflict, there were spares. By the time everyone arrived, Moni had already cleaned the tavern.

Only the entrance stood empty, because the smashed wooden door could not be used again.

They could not exactly storm straight into the gang's headquarters, could they?
