Background / History

Mizuki was born in Higashi. Near death during his early life, he was aided by the Seaborn bishop Cicero and transformed into a Seaborn, yet retained what Cicero considered a distinctly human heart. 51 110

Before his amnesia, he traveled widely across Terra and worked in numerous fields, including restaurant work, nursing, journalism, retro-game retail, and entertainment. He was once a highly popular child star, but left the idol industry after becoming disillusioned with it. 51

He later vanished under unexplained circumstances and was found unconscious in a refrigerated Lungmen container that had reportedly held only fruit. His Rhodes Island identification was genuine, but neither the Lungmen office nor the landship had a record of him; the identification indicated elite-operator status. 2

Without his memories, Mizuki joined Penguin Logistics after being offered food and lodging. He found stability among its members while continuing to investigate his identity and connections to Rhodes Island. 3 12
