The Shinobi World was long defined by conflict among ninja villages and the Five Great Nations. In the aftermath of the Nine-Tails' attack on Konoha, other villages viewed Konoha's weakened state as an opportunity for invasion, while internal clan and political struggles intensified. 7 18 36
