Background / History

Chen Tian awakened in Afghanistan’s Gobi Desert amid destroyed Humvees and dead soldiers before being captured by the Ten Rings. He was imprisoned with Tony Stark and Ho Yinsen shortly before the construction of the Mark I armor. Initially panicked by the absence of an expected “system,” Chen became useful through programming expertise and knowledge of Iron Man, developing the escape suit’s control system while Tony built its structure and Yinsen assembled components 1.

After escaping captivity, Chen entered Tony’s circle alongside Yinsen. His dormant ability emerged after Diablo and Leah revealed that he was a Summoner capable of calling beings, powers, and objects from other worlds.
