Beneath the Primarchs, All Are Laughingstocks
Both sides fought fiercely and heavily, with wide-ranging and unrestrained attacks, targeting the most lethal points.
Corpses littered the field.
The buzzing of Chainsword, the banging of Bolter, and the sounds of fighting mingled together, filling our ears. The compartment was filled with the flashes of blood and flying debris. Blood seeped from the gaps in armor, splattering every inch of the corridor floor.
But among the corpses lying on the ground were only those of the Black Legion.
The Blood Angels ' men were cut down, but they struggled to their feet on the deck. Their wounds quickly closed, stopped bleeding, and healed, and they charged forward again.
Dante then swung his sword at Abaddon.
Abaddon awkwardly raised his claws to block.
Dante's sword pressed down, Abaddon pushed upwards, the two of them struggling, the Power Armor bearings creaking under the strain.
Abaddon became increasingly incredulous and questioned his very existence as the game progressed.
He Chosen of the Four Gods; his current power is the strongest below the Primarchs. Killing ordinary Astartes should be as easy as slaughtering chickens and dogs for him.
How could Dante possibly have driven him to this point?
He could beat an ordinary Chapter Master like it was nothing, knocking him down in three moves and tearing him to shreds in five.
As a result, he didn't gain any advantage.
Dante's sword slashed faster and faster, with increasing force, as if possessed by something. Abaddon parried twice, but his hands went numb.
Dante strikes again.
Abaddon sidestepped, finally seizing an opportunity, and thrust his claws towards Dante's ribs.
This strike was both precise and ruthless, imbued with the power of Four Gods energy.
Talon of Horus pierced Dante's abdomen, the claw tip protruding from his back.
Abaddon withdrew his claws.
Dante staggered a few steps back, glanced down at the hole in his stomach.
Then, in the Golden Light, his injuries healed rapidly.
The situation on the sidelines was also getting increasingly unfavorable.
They felled a Blood Angels, Blood Angels rolled on the ground, flashed with Golden Light, and then got up again.
Whether those Blood Progeny were blasted away by explosive bombs and crashed into the bulkhead, smashed away, or cut down by a single sword strike, they were all killed.
Those guys did a somersault in mid-air, landed on the ground, rolled around, got up, and rushed back as if nothing had happened.
"You..." Abaddon took another step back in disbelief.
Dante didn't give him a chance to speak, and swung his sword down again.
Abaddon raised his claws to block, Dante pressed him down, causing Abaddon's knees to buckle.
He tried to push upwards, but Dante's sword pressed down inch by inch, lower and lower.
What's going on?
His claw had indeed pierced Dante's stomach; blood was still smeared on Talon of Horus.
Such an injury would have rendered any Astartes incapable of fighting, even if Immortality, but Dante only staggered a few steps, and then, after a flash of Golden Light, he was gone without even a scar.
What have those canned goods turned into?
How could these Astartes be Immortality matter how you attack them?
The Emperor... no, the False Emperor... could he have truly become a god?!
He even has something like Greater Daemon, how dare he say he hasn't become a god?!
Dante lowered his sword further and further.
Abaddon held on desperately.
Golden Light seeped from Dante, warm and comforting, shining on his nails, which he actually felt were a little hot.
It was a temperature I hadn't felt in ten thousand years.
Emperor...
*******
Meanwhile, on Lin En's side...
Lin En stood on the bridge of the Night Goddess, watching the chaos unfold on the Spear of Terra.
Red and black lights mingled inside the ship, indistinguishable from one another. He hadn't witnessed the chaotic battle inside the compartments, but with Thirty Days of protection and various buffs, it shouldn't be a major problem.
Unless Brother Dun transforms into the Daemon Primarchs right now, he's definitely going to lose.
What Daemon Primarchs is he? His father was the Daemon Primarchs, but his father is dead.
Lin En was just about to find a chair to sit down and wait for the other end of the call when the communication station started beeping again.
"What's wrong now?"
Lin En turned to the communications officer and asked, "What is it?"
The communications officer's voice was urgent. "My lord! Urgent report from the western flank of the Solar Sector! Tzeentch Daemon and Nurgle, the Daemon Princes, have joined forces to attack the western defenses!"
"?" Lin En turned his head again. "What?"
"Two Daemon Primarchs have joined forces to press on the western flank! The western commander reports that the pressure is immense, and requests that any available troops be sent to reinforce them!"
Lin En pressed her temples.
Oh dear, Little Horse and Little Morty are here to deliver again.
The road has narrowed.
How long has it been since Little Horse was slashed in the throat by the Lion King and sent back to the Warp Forge to resurrect? And now he's back? This time he even dragged Mortarion along.
Lin En had a strong urge to beat up Little Horse Little Morty.
They are repeat offenders who refuse to learn their lesson.
Although both were forced to join the gang, they did indeed become self-destructive and did many wrong things after joining.
But right now, their main concern is to give their Brother Dun a beating.
Lin En looked out the window again at the Spear of Terra.
Dante and his men haven't finished fighting yet.
However, they should be able to go and provide support after the battle with Abaddon is over.
*******
On the Spear of Terra side.
The battle continues.
A fierce battle ensued between the Blood Angels and the Black Legion.
Dante and Abaddon fought fiercely, neither gaining the upper hand.
Abaddon was in a sorry state, Dante had also shattered his Power Armor. The once Golden Light armor now looked like it had been scavenged from a junkyard.
In reality, Abaddon is not so easy to deal with now.
If he hadn't received the Emperor's Blessing, he would probably be dead by now.
But he has the Emperor's Blessing, so he will surely be able to defeat him!
While Dante was playing, he received a call from Lin En: "Hello, Lord Lin En?"
Lin En's voice came through the communicator. "Hello, Lord Dante, are you still not done on your end?"
Dante swung his sword at Abaddon again, Abaddon dodged to the side and then swung his claws back.
Dante ducked to avoid him, then swept his sword horizontally again. Abaddon jumped back, giving Dante a chance to reply, "Almost there, just a moment. Lord Lin En, is there a problem with the rush?"
Lin En said, "Two Daemon Primarchs have invaded the western front. We'll go and support them after we defeat Abaddon."
Dante's eyebrows twitched when he heard "two Daemon Primarchs".
The sword didn't stop; it caught up with Abaddon and struck again.
Abaddon was struck and staggered.
Dante said, "Alright, we're coming right now."
He put the communicator back and looked up at Abaddon.
Abaddon was in bad shape; his armor was covered in sword marks and craters from exploding shells, and a piece of armor on his chest had been shattered by Dante, revealing the rusted black skeleton beneath.
Talon of Horus were stained with blood, but Abaddon's own blood was also seeping from between his nails.
Abaddon was panting heavily.
He doesn't have the ability to recover quickly.
Although it's said to be Chosen of the Four Gods, this new Chaos Warmaster is actually just a minor figure whom the Four Gods settled for and didn't really bestow any real blessings upon.
At the level of the War of the Gods, everything below the Primarchs is a laughing stock.
Dante raised his sword.
Abaddon raised its claws to block.
But Dante raised his sword but did not strike.
He leaped forward, sheathing his sword at his side, and crashed into Abaddon's arms.
Abaddon was caught off guard and didn't have time to swat down with its claws.
Dante's shoulder armor pressed against his chest, and the two collided.
Abaddon lost his balance and Dante's left fist followed, hooking upwards and smashing into Abaddon's chin.
Abaddon's head snapped back, and he fell backward. Dante caught up and punched Abaddon in the face, sending him flying backward and crashing into the bulkhead.
The bulkhead dented, Abaddon slid down the wall. Before he could even regain his footing, Dante was already in front of him, and his third punch landed on his face.
The helmet shattered.
Abaddon staggered to the side, his claws flailing wildly.
Dante sidestepped him, grabbed his wrist and pressed it against the bulkhead, then pressed his knee against his chest.
Abaddon tried to break free, but Dante twisted his wrist behind his back, pressed his other hand against the back of his neck, and slammed him face down onto the deck!
"Stop struggling."
Abaddon still tried to struggle.
Dante's knee pressed down on his lower back, causing his Power Armor to shatter with a loud cracking sound.
Two Blood Angels rushed over from the side; one helped hold Abaddon's shoulder, while the other pressed Bolter against the back of his head.
Abaddon stopped moving.
He knew that if he continued to struggle Dante would not hesitate to crush his spine or blow his head off.
