Background and History

Lin Fan identifies Tang San as a former Tang Sect disciple from another world, reborn on Douluo Continent with his memories intact. His Douluo-born body is the child of Tang Hao and Ah Yin, the Blue Silver Emperor. Whether his arrival displaced an original baby's soul is presented as reader speculation, not a settled explanation 13 14 31.

In Lin Fan's account, Ah Yin sacrifices herself shortly after Tang San's birth to save him and Tang Hao from Spirit Hall. Tang Hao raises him in a remote village without revealing his own identity as Clear Sky Douluo. When Tang San awakens his martial souls at six, Spirit Hall deacon Su Yuntao overlooks the significance of both his Blue Silver Grass and his hidden Clear Sky Hammer 14 26.

Tang San later accepts Yu Xiaogang as his teacher and meets Xiao Wu at school; she eventually becomes his wife. Lin Fan's account says Spirit Hall's hunts for Ah Yin and Xiao Wu help turn Tang San against it while contributing to his rise. He ultimately destroys Spirit Hall, though its leaders begin changing their plans long before his predicted birth 15 16 28.
