Appearance
- Build: A small, chubby child with short limbs, a round face, and soft hair 1 21.
- Eyes: Large, obsidian-black eyes, frequently described as resembling black gems 1 4.
- Lightning cultivation traits: After the Suanni feast, his skin acquires a soft, jade-like luster and releases tiny electric arcs. Golden lightning also flashes through his eyes 42 43.
- Suanni manifestation: His initially indistinct phantom later develops golden scales, a flowing mane, and eyes formed from lightning 33 50.
Personality
Shi Hao’s appetite shapes both his everyday behavior and his ambitions. He fiercely guards his beast milk, readily approaches scalding food, and treats dangerous hunts as opportunities to acquire better ingredients. Before hunting primordial remnants, he checks that Shi Hou has packed cumin, chili powder, and salt; afterward, he asks when they can eat Demon Ape brains dipped in beast milk 1 3 45 50.
His playfulness borders on recklessness. He throws Kang at the pursuing Green-Scaled Eagle and, after escaping in the Stone Pot, immediately wants another ride. In combat, the same fearlessness becomes stubborn resolve: he refuses to retreat even when the Bei Village Sacrificial Spirit wounds him 7 8 30.
He is deeply protective of his companions. When Shi Hou cannot cultivate bone text, Shi Hao promises to fight on his behalf. He later saves Shi Shoushan from an arrow and becomes furious when Zi Chen insults Shi Hou. His initial willingness to accept Bei Feng’s surrender changes after the youth attempts to murder him from behind; Shi Hao resolves not to stop next time 12 19 20 21 36.
Despite his age, he shows precise judgment under pressure. He identifies the Demon Ape’s false trail from scavenger behavior, then locates its vulnerable blood-energy node while trapped in a gravity field 45 46.
Abilities & Skills
Physical Strength and Agility
Shi Hao combines unusually powerful close combat with rapid, nimble movement 19 20 33.
- Lifts a thousand-jin boulder during village training 19.
- Catches Bei Feng’s rune-powered arrow barehanded and tears apart his treasured bow 19 20.
- Cripples a middle-stage Blood Moving Realm youth’s arm with a single punch 36.
- Climbs vines rapidly, moves through combat with afterimages, and uses rebounds to reposition 7 20 33.
- Limit: The Bei Village Sacrificial Spirit injures him in a direct clash, demonstrating that his toughness does not make him invulnerable 30.
Bone Text and Rune Comprehension
Shi Hao learns primordial techniques with exceptional speed, beginning with Shi Yunfeng’s instruction and later studying the Green-Scaled Eagle’s mutated chicks 12 14.
- Produces the first and purest initial cultivation response among the village children 12.
- Understands the chicks’ runes at a glance and grasps the Green-Scaled Eagle technique’s essence within days 14.
- Comprehends Suanni lightning principles quickly enough to astonish representatives of the visiting clans 36.
- Deepens that understanding by drinking soup refined from the Suanni Treasure Bone 43 50.
Green-Scaled Eagle Treasure Technique
The technique manifests as green or azure crescent blades and full moons, which Shi Hao later combines with golden lightning 14 33.
- Cuts through a tree and bisects a charging two-headed Fire Rhinoceros, including its bones 14 23.
- Counters a Thunder Clan elder’s lightning strike delivered at thirty percent strength 24.
- Slices a Purple Gold Snake in half with a lightning-coated azure moon 26.
- Limit: Shi Hou can catch and crush an azure-gold moon with his rune-resistant hand 33.
Suanni Precious Technique
Shi Hao develops lightning attacks through Suanni rune comprehension, bodily tempering, and further nourishment from Runes Treasure Soup 36 42 50.
- Uses lightning-wreathed moons to absorb Lei Ming’s summoned lightning 36.
- Condenses golden lightning plasma into a chopstick-thick needle to strike the Demon Ape’s vulnerable blood-energy node 46.
- Uses Thunderous Force to form a three-foot golden lightning blade, delivering the finishing blow to the Li Fire Bull Demon through an exposed fissure in its head 48.
- Conjures thunder pulp in his palm with a thought after drinking rune soup 50.
- Limits: The Demon Ape strike exhausts his accumulated lightning power. Newly absorbed Suanni energy also causes sleeplessness and an accidental lightning belch that singes Shi Yunfeng’s beard 42 43 47.
Hunting and Battlefield Judgment
Shi Hao contributes observation and precision to hunts alongside Shi Hou, Kang, and the Green-Scaled Eagle 45 46 48.
- Rejects a blood-energy decoy after noticing that vultures avoid a different valley 45.
- Identifies a fatal weak point three inches below the Demon Ape’s chest during its attempted blood detonation 46.
- Provides Ten-Thousand-Year Cold Pool Water for the planned heat-and-cold assault on the Li Fire Bull Demon 47.
- Coordinates the bull’s execution after water breaks its defenses, Shi Hou knocks it down, and Kang immobilizes it 48.
Stone Pot Interaction
Although the Stone Pot belongs to Shi Hou’s system, it responds directly to Shi Hao 1 2.
- Enlarges when Shi Hao casually wishes it were bigger 1.
- Communicates hunger to him; he correctly identifies it as a vessel for food while the adults consider treating it as a sacrificial treasure 2.
- Serves as shared transport and protection during escapes, but is not established as Shi Hao’s personal equipment 8 28.
Equipment / Weapons / Items
- Broken Sword — Used to stab an attacking giant crocodile in the eye while riding the Green-Scaled Eagle 26.
- Bone club — Discarded when he switches to a precision lightning attack against the Demon Ape 46.
- Ten-Thousand-Year Cold Pool Water — Carries a jar collected by the Bei Village Sacrificial Spirit; proposes using it against the fire-wielding bull demon 47.

- Beast milk jars — A prized everyday possession; stealing his milk begins his first confrontation with Shi Hou 1 44.
Relationships
- Shi Hou — Close companion, cook, and hunting partner, whom Shi Hao calls “Skinny Monkey.” Their cooperation pairs Shi Hou’s food and defensive support with Shi Hao’s rune techniques. Shi Hao promises to protect him, cries when he appears lost to poisonous mist, and defends him against insults 12 23 31 36.
- Shi Yunfeng — Village chief, teacher, and affectionate elder addressed as “Grandpa Chief.” Teaches Shi Hao bone text and recognizes the Suanni broth tempering as a major cultivation opportunity 8 12 42.
- Kang — Auspicious-beast companion and fellow glutton. Shi Hao calls it emergency food, uses it as an improvised projectile, but later stops Shi Hou from striking it after its mutation 6 7 16.
- Green-Scaled Eagle — Initially an enemy during the egg raid; later a trusted flying ally whom Shi Hao calls “Auntie.” Carries him through the beast tide and supports subsequent hunts 7 8 25 45.
- Shi Shoushan — Village elder and Shi Hou’s father. Shi Hao prevents Bei Feng’s arrow from killing him 2 19.
- Ermeng, Dazhuang, and Snot Boy — Fellow village children who share meals, cultivation training, and the Green-Scaled Eagle egg expedition 4 7 12.
- Bei Feng — Enemy whose false surrender and poisoned-needle attack change Shi Hao’s attitude toward showing mercy 20 21.
- Lei Ming — Thunder Clan opponent defeated when Shi Hao counters his summoned lightning and destroys his shortsword 36.
Story Role / Major Arcs
Shi Hou’s System and Stone Village’s Growth
Shi Hao’s pursuit and spanking of Shi Hou for stealing beast milk coincide with the activation of the Stew Anything system. He then takes its miniature utensils and unexpectedly enlarges the pot. His meals become central to Shi Hou’s advancement: the system identifies him as its “sole diner” and awards Shi Hou hundredfold returns from his gains, even when other villagers also eat 1 4 11 42.
Green-Scaled Eagle Egg Raid
Shi Hao joins the children’s expedition to steal the eagle’s eggs. During their escape, he throws Kang at the pursuing bird, allowing the beast to disrupt its technique from within. The group returns with three eggs; after the chicks hatch, their runes become an important source of instruction for Shi Hao and the other children 6 7 8 14.
Conflict with Bei Village
After Bei Village wounds Stone Village’s hunters, Shi Hao secretly follows the hunting party with Shi Hou. He saves Shi Shoushan, defeats Bei Feng, and demands the stolen goods and antidote. Shi Hou prevents Bei Feng’s treacherous attack, prompting Shi Hao’s resolve to be less merciful toward enemies. Shi Hao later fights the Bei Village Sacrificial Spirit while believing Shi Hou has been killed by its poison 14 19 20 21 30.
Suanni Expedition and Clan Challenges
Shi Hao helps fight through the beast tide, protects the Green-Scaled Eagle in flight, and assists in loading the Suanni corpse into the Stone Pot. Back in the village, he overwhelms the Golden Wolf Tribe youth and defeats Lei Ming during challenges staged around sharing the Suanni. He also joins Shi Hou in demanding compensation from the visiting powers 25 26 28 36 40.
Primordial-Remnant Hunts
After the Suanni feast strengthens him, Shi Hao accompanies Shi Hou to hunt the wounded Demon Ape and Li Fire Bull Demon. His tracking judgment and precision lightning attack create the opening against the ape; his lightning blade finishes the bull. The subsequent Suanni Runes Treasure Soup further develops his lightning cultivation 42 45 46 48 50.

Trivia
- Future titles are references, not attained ranks: Shi Hou’s knowledge of the original story identifies Shi Hao with the future Desolate Heaven Emperor and Sole Sovereign Across the Ages. The supplied chapters depict his childhood rather than those later achievements 1 21 41.
- His appetite eventually exceeds what ordinary fierce-beast meat can provide for his cultivation, motivating Shi Hou to seek stronger prey 22.
- After being struck with the Stone Pot during their sparring session, he decides that he wants to carry a pot too because hitting people with one feels satisfying 34.
