Arc 4The Shogun’s Turning Point

Yucheng exposed how the Tenryou and Kanjou Commissions had undermined Inazuma and forced Raiden Ei to confront the harm caused by the Vision Hunt Decree. After Yucheng and Ei clashed in the Plane of Euthymia, Sara and Ayato led a confrontation against Kujou Takayuki that ended with Ei facing the evidence of his collusion with the Fatui.

  • Yucheng enlisted Yae Miko and Kamisato Ayaka to get evidence about Inazuma’s decline before Raiden Ei, while the Shogun began receiving reports and sweets that prompted her to investigate.
  • Yucheng confronted Ayaka over the Yashiro Commission’s neutrality, photographed evidence of the commissions’ collusion with the Fatui, and persuaded Kujou Sara to help expose Kujou Takayuki.
  • After the Tenryou Commission arrested Thoma for the Vision Hunt Ceremony, Lumine intervened to save him, and Yucheng attacked the Raiden Shogun before allowing her domain to pull him and Lumine into the Plane of Euthymia.
  • Yucheng fought Ei until Yae Miko’s Omamori called on them to stop, then showed Ei reports of Inazuma’s decline and argued that her pursuit of eternity had emptied the nation of its people’s wishes.
  • Yucheng left Ei with Yae Miko and called on Sara and Shinobu to begin the next stage, as Sara publicly accused Takayuki of colluding with the Fatui and orchestrating the Vision Hunt Decree.
  • Takayuki’s soldiers fought Sara’s forces until Ayato and the Yashiro Commission arrived, while the confiscated Visions on the statue lit up and Ei reconsidered her isolation.
  • Sara defeated Ōgawara Sage Art: Goemon, and Ei and Yae Miko appeared to halt the battle before Ei confronted Takayuki with photographs proving his dealings with the Fatui.
Chapters 76–100 Vol. 1 Read

Ch. 76A way to break the deadlock

Yucheng considered how to expose the Tri-Commission’s actions to Raiden Ei and break Inazuma’s political deadlock. After delivering Zhenyu’s manuscript and letter to Yae Publishing House, he secured an introduction to Yae Miko.

  • Yucheng reasoned that the Tri-Commission had betrayed Raiden Ei and that official proposals to abolish the Vision Hunt Decree could not get past the majority vote.
  • Yucheng decided to use an unofficial route to show Raiden Ei what was happening in Inazuma under her rule.
  • Yucheng brought the second volume of "Record of Sinking Autumn's Sword" and Zhenyu’s letter to editor Kuroda at Yae Publishing House.
  • Kuroda and the staff reacted with alarm when Yucheng told them about Hiiragi Shinsuke’s actions on Ritou and his suspicions about the Kanjou Commission.
  • Kuroda agreed to write Yucheng a letter of introduction so he could meet Yae Miko at the Grand Narukami Shrine.

Ch. 77Guuji Yae

Yucheng visited the Grand Narukami Shrine and won Yae Miko’s attention with fresh fried tofu and his knowledge of Inazuma’s history. He revealed that he meant Raiden Ei, not the Shogun puppet, and asked Yae Miko to help end the Vision Hunt and Sakoku Decrees.

  • Yucheng arrived at the Grand Narukami Shrine with a letter of introduction from Yae Publishing House and waited for Yae Miko.
  • Yae Miko greeted Yucheng, teased him about his fame, and discussed the Electro Archon’s strike against Orobashi.
  • Yucheng presented Yae Miko with fresh fried tofu from Uyuu Restaurant, and she agreed to hear his request.
  • Yucheng said he was interested in Raiden Ei, prompting Yae Miko to become wary and ask how he knew about her.
  • Yucheng asked Yae Miko to help persuade the Electro Archon to lift the Vision Hunt Decree and the Sakoku Decree.

Ch. 78Cooperation

Yucheng persuaded Yae Miko to cooperate with him to repeal Inazuma’s Vision Hunt and Sakoku Decrees, and she agreed in hopes of reaching Raiden Ei. After Yae Miko struck him with lightning over drinking from her teacup, Yucheng fled to the Kamisato Clan Estate.

  • Yucheng argued that the Tri-Commission’s policies were eroding faith in Raiden Ei and asked Yae Miko to help change Inazuma.
  • Yae Miko explained that reaching Raiden Ei required entering her Plane of Euthymia, which even she could not access, and Yucheng implied he had a way in.
  • Yae Miko agreed to cooperate with Yucheng, and they shook hands.
  • Yucheng told Yae Miko he had already drunk from her teacup, so she attacked him with lightning and ordered the shrine maidens to notify her if he returned.
  • Yucheng deployed his Wind Glider after leaping from Mt. Yougou and landed at the Kamisato Clan Estate.

Ch. 79Trespassing on the Kamisato Estate

Uchiha Yucheng trespassed into the Kamisato estate and met Kamisato Ayaka, who recognized him as a potential ally and hosted him after an awkward interruption to her training. During their tea meeting, Yucheng confronted Ayaka with detailed claims about the Yashiro Commission’s secret resistance to the Vision Hunt Decree, leaving her shocked.

  • Kamisato Ayaka finished her sword practice and wondered when Thoma would return from Ritou.
  • Uchiha Yucheng appeared inside the estate, and Ayaka attacked him before his strange ability let her strike pass through him.
  • Yucheng identified himself, and Ayaka recognized him as a prominent figure from Liyue and a candidate the Kamisato Clan had considered.
  • Ayaka realized her soaked training clothes had become see-through, changed, and later served Yucheng tea in a tearoom.
  • Yucheng questioned Ayaka about the Yashiro Commission helping Vision bearers reach Watatsumi Island and support the resistance, and Ayaka reacted with shock.

Ch. 80Ayaka's deep bow

Yucheng persuaded Ayaka to reveal the Yashiro Commission’s opposition to the Vision Hunt Decree and its need for outside help. He asked the Commission to prepare reports documenting Inazuma’s decline, and Ayaka thanked him for helping the people of Inazuma.

  • Ayaka considered whether the Kamisato Clan could kill Yucheng to protect itself, but stopped when he began to leave and claimed Yae had directed him to seek the Yashiro Commission’s help.
  • Ayaka admitted that the Yashiro Commission opposed the Vision Hunt Decree and that Kamisato Ayato’s attempts to abolish it had been rejected by the other two commissions.
  • Yucheng said the Fatui had bought off the Tenryou and Kanjou Commissions, while Ayaka explained that she had arranged for Thoma to contact him and the Traveler.
  • Yucheng asked the Yashiro Commission to prepare reports on Inazuma’s worsening conditions without including recommendations, and Ayaka agreed to deliver them to Komore Teahouse.
  • Ayaka gave Yucheng an invitation to Komore Teahouse, then knelt and thanked him on behalf of herself, her brother, and the Kamisato Clan.

Ch. 81The Shogun's new order

The Raiden Shogun discovered an anonymous report claiming Inazuma’s birth rate had fallen for twenty years and questioned its accuracy. She ordered Kujou Sara to conduct a separate investigation, leaving Sara determined to obey despite her confusion.

  • The Raiden Shogun found Tricolor Dango, Dango Milk, and a report on her desk, though the guards insisted no one had entered.
  • The Raiden Shogun ate the sweets and drank the milk, recalling Kitsune Saiguu before reading the report’s claim that Inazuma’s birth rate had declined for twenty years.
  • The Raiden Shogun doubted the report’s findings and decided to verify them independently.
  • The Raiden Shogun summoned Kujou Sara and ordered her to prepare a new report on Inazuma’s birth rate.
  • Kujou Sara wondered why a warrior had been assigned the task but accepted the Shogun’s order and planned to find someone who could write the report.

Ch. 82Thoma Is a Dog?

The Raiden Shogun discovered a report warning that Inazuma’s deaths exceeded its births, then Lumine and Paimon reached Komore Teahouse and reunited with Thoma and Yucheng. Yucheng hinted that his earlier tests had been meant to assess whether they could meet Miss Kamisato and face the lightning together.

  • The Raiden Shogun returned to Tenshukaku and found taiyaki, Dango Milk, and a report about Inazuma’s soaring accidental death rate and declining population.
  • After reading about Higi Village’s deadly illness, the Raiden Shogun overturned her desk, then ate the sweets and dismissed Ei’s warning about cavities.
  • Hiiragi Chisato asked Lumine and Paimon to deliver a letter to Kujou Kamaji in exchange for passage from Ritou and a travel permit.
  • Lumine and Paimon arrived at Komore Teahouse, mistook a talking Shiba Inu for Thoma, and then saw Thoma emerge from behind the counter.
  • Yucheng came downstairs, and Thoma asked him about the report while Yucheng explained that his earlier tests had assessed whether Lumine and Paimon could meet Miss Kamisato and face the lightning with him.

Ch. 83Intervening in the review

Yucheng’s reports prompted the Raiden Shogun to attend the Tri-Commission’s document review and challenge its leaders’ control over what she learned. She ordered rejected documents reviewed as well, leaving Kamisato Ayato’s proposal to abolish the Vision Hunt Decree in her hands.

  • Thoma took Lumine and Paimon to see the Thousand-Armed, Hundred-Eyed Statue while Yucheng stayed behind in Inazuma City.
  • Yucheng continued slipping investigation reports and desserts into the Raiden Shogun’s room, and she appeared at the Tri-Commission’s document review.
  • After the clan heads sorted the documents, the Raiden Shogun ordered them to retrieve documents marked with one circle from the pile slated for destruction.
  • Kujou Takayuki objected, but the Raiden Shogun rebuked him and reminded him of the Kujou Clan’s former courage before leaving in anger.
  • Kamisato Ayato selected the recovered documents, including his proposal to abolish the Vision Hunt Decree, and carried them to Tenshukaku.

Ch. 84Not a third time

The Raiden Shogun reviewed evidence that the Vision Hunt Decree was worsening social problems and that Inazuma’s birth rate was declining, while the Tenryou and Kanjou Commissions had concealed the decree’s consequences. After comparing Kujou Sara’s report with the earlier document, she began to suspect Inazuma’s population was shrinking and wanted to meet the person who had brought her the reports.

  • The Raiden Shogun read the Yashiro Commission’s fifth rejected request to abolish the Vision Hunt Decree and noted that the Tenryou and Kanjou Commissions had reported no problems.
  • Kujou Sara presented a report showing that births in Inazuma City had declined over ten years, with a sharp drop after the decree began.
  • The Raiden Shogun asked Kujou Sara to investigate Inazuma’s death rate, and Sara also pleaded for forgiveness for Kujou Takayuki.
  • Kujou Takayuki asked Kujou Sara whether the Raiden Shogun blamed the Kujou Clan, denied hiding anything from her, then privately called her ungrateful after she left.
  • The Raiden Shogun compared Kujou Sara’s report with the earlier document, wondered whether Inazuma’s population was shrinking, and decided she wanted to meet the reports’ source.

Ch. 85Fell for it again

At Komore Teahouse, Yucheng, Ayaka, Lumine, and Paimon discussed the Vision Hunt Decree and the Raiden Shogun’s pursuit of eternity while sharing hot pot. Ayaka revealed that Master Masakatsu had been arrested, and Lumine insisted they had to rescue him, prompting Yucheng to realize she had walked into a trap again.

  • Ayaka brought Lumine, Paimon, and Thoma to Komore Teahouse to discuss opposing the Vision Hunt Decree, where Yucheng had prepared hot pot for them.
  • Ayaka thanked Yucheng for helping expose the Yashiro Commission’s abolition documents to the Raiden Shogun, but said the Shogun made no change to her policy.
  • Yucheng explained that the Raiden Shogun sought to freeze Inazuma in a static eternity after losing loved ones and comrades.
  • Ayaka said they had been hiding Vision bearers and using fake Visions to reduce the decree’s harm, but Master Masakatsu, who forged them, had been arrested.
  • Lumine said they had to rescue Masakatsu, and Yucheng privately realized she had fallen into the trap again.

Ch. 86The Yashiro Commission's Fence-Sitting

Ayaka asked Yucheng why he disapproved of her and the Yashiro Commission, and he condemned the Commission for resisting the Vision Hunt Decree indirectly while enabling a devastating stalemate. After Yucheng left to end the crisis, Ayaka asked Thoma to investigate Dendrobium and take her to Nazuchi Beach.

  • Ayaka sent Lumine and Paimon to Hanamizaka to find help rescuing Master Masakatsu, while Yucheng stayed behind.
  • Yucheng accused Ayaka and the Yashiro Commission of sitting on the fence and secretly strengthening Watatsumi Island's resistance.
  • Yucheng described the deaths and destruction caused by the prolonged war, including the Dendrobium blooming at Nazuchi Beach and the devastation of Higi Village.
  • Yucheng left, saying he would try to abolish the Vision Hunt Decree and end the crisis while the Yashiro Commission continued clinging to its neutrality.
  • Thoma found Ayaka distraught, and she asked him to investigate Dendrobium before taking her to Nazuchi Beach.

Ch. 87The Arataki Gang's five-member crew

Yucheng stole photographs of evidence linking the Tenryou Commission and Kanjou Commission to the Fatui, then encountered the Arataki Gang outside the commission headquarters. He learned Itto and Kuki Shinobu had lost their Visions and that Itto’s attempt to challenge Kujou Sara had ended with the Doushin bringing him down with beans.

  • Yucheng photographed confidential documents about the Tenryou Commission and Kanjou Commission’s collusion with the Fatui from Kujou Takayuki’s room and the Hiiragi Clan estate.
  • Yucheng returned to Inazuma City and spotted Kuki Shinobu scolding Arataki Itto, A Huang, Genta, and A Shou outside the commission headquarters.
  • Yucheng recognized that the Tenryou Commission had confiscated Itto and Shinobu’s Visions.
  • Yucheng learned that Itto had challenged Kujou Sara to a sumo match to win back their Visions, while the Arataki Gang caused a commotion demanding to see her.
  • The Doushin scattered beans at Itto, triggering his severe allergy and leaving the other three gang members to give up.

Ch. 88A little doll-like?

Kuki Shinobu bailed Arataki Itto and his underlings out of the Commission again, then tried to keep Itto from provoking Kujou Sara while the war continued. A stranger named Uchiha Yucheng recognized Shinobu from her shrine-maiden days, leaving her poised to silence him before he could reveal more.

  • Kuki Shinobu secured the release of Arataki Itto, A Huang, Genta, and A Shou, then scolded them for their repeated arrests.
  • Arataki Itto complained that Kujou Sara had not given him the rematch she promised after confiscating his Vision, and Shinobu worried he would cause trouble at the Commission.
  • Shinobu explained that Sara was away with the Shogunate Army, and an eavesdropping young man said the war might end in a week or about half a month.
  • The young man introduced himself as Uchiha Yucheng, and Itto said he would challenge Sara once the war ended.
  • Yucheng said Kuki Shinobu looked familiar and began to mention the Grand Narukami Shrine, so Shinobu drew her blade and stopped him.

Ch. 89Talent was hard to come by

Yucheng met Arataki Itto and Kuki Shinobu, then tried to recruit Shinobu away from the Arataki Gang. Shinobu declined to leave the gang, and Yucheng considered how her exceptional abilities might be put to better use.

  • Yucheng met Arataki Itto, who introduced himself with a string of grand titles and welcomed Yucheng as a friend.
  • Kuki Shinobu gave Yucheng the Arataki Gang’s business card and prepared to take Itto and the other gang members away for legal-awareness training.
  • Yucheng asked Shinobu to consider a better position, but she refused to leave the gang and said she might consider part-time work.
  • After Yucheng left, Itto and the gang members thanked Shinobu and announced an even lazier work schedule and a plan to make their own posters.
  • At Uyuu Restaurant, Yucheng reflected on Shinobu’s prominent family background, her departure from shrine service, and her wasted potential in the gang.

Ch. 90A late-night rendezvous

Yucheng waited at Uyuu Restaurant for Kuki Shinobu and hoped to use her connection to meet Kujou Sara. When the two arrived, Sara mistook his note for a threat and tried to arrest him, but Shinobu concluded his actions merited only a reprimand.

  • Yucheng stayed in room 201 at Uyuu Restaurant while watching for a chance to enter Tenshukaku and waiting for someone.
  • Kuki Shinobu found Yucheng's note asking her to meet him and brought Kujou Sara along for protection.
  • Kujou Sara charged into room 201 and struck at Yucheng, but her sword passed through him.
  • Yucheng explained that the note's final line was a joke and said he had wanted to use Shinobu's connection to meet Sara.
  • Kuki Shinobu judged that Yucheng deserved only a standard reprimand and lecture, and Yucheng suggested they eat while discussing his business.

Ch. 91Who Are You Loyal To?

Yucheng met Kujou Sara in an izakaya and questioned her loyalty to the Raiden Shogun as he raised concerns about the Kujou Clan and the Vision Hunt Decree. He handed her photographs that left her trembling in shock.

  • Yucheng endured Kujou Sara's lecture while kneeling, and Okazaki brought food to their private room.
  • Kujou Sara took Yucheng's Pyro Vision, and he questioned her about the fake Vision craftsman who had escaped custody.
  • Kujou Sara explained that she had allowed the injured craftsman to be rescued to make amends for her subordinates' unauthorized punishment.
  • Yucheng asked whether Kujou Sara was loyal to the Raiden Shogun or the Kujou Clan, and she insisted the clan was loyal to the Shogun.
  • Yucheng gave Kujou Sara several photographs, and she trembled in shock after looking at them.

Ch. 92Dogeza

Yucheng showed Kujou Sara evidence of Kujou Takayuki’s crimes and explained the Fatui’s role in the Vision Hunt Decree, leaving Sara desperate to stop the suffering in Inazuma. After Sara performed dogeza and begged him to save Inazuma, Yucheng revealed that he had a way to resolve the impasse.

  • Kujou Sara examined photographs from Kujou Takayuki’s room that implicated him in concealing the war and working with the Fatui.
  • Yucheng explained that the Fatui were using the Vision Hunt Decree and the war to gather data on their life-draining Delusions.
  • Kujou Sara and Kuki Shinobu objected to the deaths and hardship caused by the policy, but Yucheng argued that the Raiden Shogun would not be persuaded to change course.
  • Kujou Sara performed dogeza before Yucheng and begged him, on behalf of the Shogunate Army and Inazuma’s people, to save the country.
  • After pausing to eat and drink, Yucheng told Kujou Sara that he had a way out of the impasse.

Ch. 93Thoma walked straight into the line of fire

Yucheng persuaded Kujou Sara to help stage a plan around the Vision Hunt Ceremony, including arresting Thoma and gathering Vision bearers to attend. Unaware of the danger, Thoma decided to visit the Tenryou Commission and investigate its preparations.

  • Yucheng told Kujou Sara that Thoma should be arrested and that she should bring confiscated Vision bearers to the ceremony, promising their Visions might be returned.
  • Yucheng urged Sara to keep the plan secret from the Kujou Clan and explained why Kujou Takayuki might see his alliance with the Fatui as a way to serve the Raiden Shogun.
  • At the Komore Teahouse, Lumine, Paimon, Ayaka, and Thoma celebrated rescuing Master Masakatsu with a hot pot game.
  • Thoma ate the most during the game, suffered an upset stomach, and said he hoped the God of Hot Pot had used up his bad luck.
  • Thoma announced that he planned to visit the Tenryou Commission to learn about its upcoming ceremony.

Ch. 94The curtain rises

Thoma was arrested by the Tenryou Commission to become the target of the hundredth Vision Hunt Ceremony, and Lumine set out to save him. Yucheng gave Lumine an Omamori, then invited Kamisato Ayaka to watch the ceremony, leaving her wondering if he meant today’s event.

  • The Tenryou Commission arrested Thoma after spotting his Pyro Vision and selected him for the Vision Hunt Ceremony.
  • Kamisato Ayaka told Lumine and Paimon that Thoma was likely to be the target of the ceremony before the Thousand-Armed, Hundred-Eyed Statue.
  • Lumine decided to save Thoma despite the danger, and Yucheng arrived at Komore Teahouse as she prepared to leave.
  • Yucheng gave Lumine an Omamori from Lady Guuji Yae, and Lumine headed for the Thousand-Armed, Hundred-Eyed Statue.
  • Yucheng challenged Kamisato Ayaka for hesitating to help Thoma and offered to take her to watch the Vision Hunt.

Ch. 95An unexpected turn at the Vision Hunt Ceremony

At the Vision Hunt Ceremony, Lumine intercepted Thoma’s confiscated Vision and confronted the Raiden Shogun, who declared her an enemy of eternity. Yucheng attacked the Shogun, and her purple-black domain engulfed Lumine while Yucheng let it take him with a faint smile.

  • Teshima, Kurosawa Kyounosuke, Dōmon, Arataki Itto, and Kuki Shinobu attended the ceremony, forced to witness the confiscation of Thoma’s Vision.
  • Lumine and Paimon arrived as Thoma knelt beneath the statue, and the Raiden Shogun appeared to take his Vision.
  • Lumine intercepted Thoma’s Vision and knocked down the Shogunate Army soldiers who tried to stop her.
  • The Raiden Shogun drew Musou Isshin and threatened to inlay Lumine into the statue.
  • Yucheng hurled a dragon-headed fireball at the Raiden Shogun, triggering an explosion and sending the spectators fleeing.
  • The Raiden Shogun opened a purple-black domain that swallowed Lumine and Yucheng, who allowed it to engulf him with a faint smile.

Ch. 96Yucheng vs. the Raiden Shogun (two-in-one)

Yucheng and Lumine fought the Raiden Shogun in the Plane of Euthymia, where Lumine was badly injured and Yucheng revealed his powerful Susanoo. Their clash threatened to destroy the realm and damage Inazuma City, until Yae Miko appeared and urged Raiden Ei and Yucheng to talk.

  • The Raiden Shogun attacked Lumine and Yucheng, and Yucheng used several elemental techniques to defend them and counter her strikes.
  • The Raiden Shogun overwhelmed Lumine, shattered her Dull Blade, and knocked her unconscious; Yucheng protected her with Susanoo and revealed his scarlet eyes.
  • Yucheng expanded Susanoo into its armored Fourth Form, and the Raiden Shogun answered with her own immense lightning form.
  • Yucheng and the Raiden Shogun's blades collided with enough force to shake the Plane of Euthymia and send a shock wave into reality, damaging buildings near the Vision Hunt Ceremony.
  • Yae Miko's Omamori transformed into a fox, and she called on Raiden Ei and Yucheng to stop fighting and talk.

Ch. 97Static eternity and dynamic eternity

Yucheng confronted Raiden Ei over her static vision of eternity and showed her reports documenting Inazuma’s decline under the Vision Hunt and Sakoku Decrees. He explained that Raiden Makoto had pursued a dynamic eternity driven by people’s changing wishes, leaving Ei shaken by the gulf between their ideals.

  • Raiden Ei and Yucheng ended their duel, and Yucheng invited Ei, Lumine, and Yae Miko to sit and talk over sweets in the Plane of Euthymia.
  • Ei confirmed that she had approved the Vision Hunt Decree because she believed preventing change would preserve Inazuma, while Yucheng argued that a nation stripped of its people’s wishes was an empty shell.
  • Yucheng challenged Ei’s understanding of eternity and gave her reports showing Inazuma’s decline and the Tenryou Commission and Kanjou Commission’s collusion with the Fatui.
  • Ei broke down after reading the reports, and Yucheng explained that Makoto had pursued a dynamic eternity in which fulfilled wishes gave rise to new ones.
  • Yucheng called Yae Miko a naive, ignorant little fox, and Miko nearly choked on her sweets while Ei tightly gripped the Dango Milk bottle.

Ch. 98Turning against each other

Yucheng and Yae Miko confronted Raiden Ei with Inazuma’s decline and the failures of her rule, leaving Ei shaken and questioning what she should do. Yucheng then launched the next stage of his plan at the Vision Hunt Ceremony, where Kujou Sara publicly accused Kujou Takayuki of conspiring with the Fatui and ordered the Vision confiscation, while the soldiers hesitated over whom to obey.

  • Yucheng listed Inazuma’s decline under Ei and questioned whether it could defend itself without her, leaving Ei unable to rebut him.
  • Yae Miko reminded Ei of her promises as Electro Archon and criticized her withdrawal and the Vision Hunt Decree.
  • Ei asked what she should do, and Yucheng left the Plane of Euthymia after asking Miko to speak with her.
  • Yucheng appeared atop the Thousand-Armed, Hundred-Eyed Statue and called for Sara and Shinobu to begin the next stage of the plan.
  • Kujou Sara led people whose Visions had been confiscated toward the statue, then publicly accused Kujou Takayuki of colluding with the Fatui and orchestrating the Vision Hunt Decree.
  • Kujou Takayuki ordered the soldiers to seize Sara and stripped her of her general’s position, but the soldiers hesitated.

Ch. 99The final choice of sides

Kujou Sara’s forces were nearly defeated outside the Kujou Estate until Kamisato Ayato arrived with the Yashiro Commission, and the Visions on the statue lit up. In the Plane of Euthymia, Yae Miko showed Raiden Ei how mortal wishes had illuminated the sealed space, and Ei agreed to leave with her.

  • Kujou Takayuki’s Tenryou Commission soldiers sided with him, and Kujou Sara faced Ōgawara Sage Art: Goemon in battle.
  • Arataki Itto led the fight with Redhorn Stonethresher, but beans triggered his allergic reaction and Kuki Shinobu moved him to safety.
  • Kujou Sara’s outnumbered forces were pushed beneath the statue until Kamisato Ayato led the Yashiro Commission in an attack on the Tenryou Commission soldiers.
  • Yucheng saw the Visions on the statue light up as the defenders rallied after the reinforcements arrived.
  • Yae Miko explained to Raiden Ei that mortal wishes had filled the Plane of Euthymia with light, and Ei reflected on her isolation and asked whether she could learn from Makoto.
  • Yae Miko told Ei to make use of Yucheng’s knowledge, then invited her to go outside.

Ch. 100A confrontation before the Shogun

Kujou Sara defeated Ōgawara Sage Art: Goemon as Raiden Ei and Yae Miko arrived to stop the battle and confront Kujou Takayuki. After exposing his dealings with the Fatui, Raiden Ei listened as he tried to justify his actions, leaving his fate unresolved.
