Her attraction to Qin Feng exposes a jealous side. She objects to Zhi Xin taking a genetic compatibility test with him and becomes irritated when Leng repeatedly needles her about her feelings. She nevertheless shows genuine concern for Qin Feng’s safety, checking on him after the desert battle and offering to cover his escape from Morgana 18 19 23 24.

As Kaisa’s representative, Yan is blunt and uncompromising. She dismisses Du Kao’s pleasantries, demands repayment of the angels’ investment in Galaxy Power, and refuses to debate decisions she considers Kaisa’s responsibility. History

Discovery of the Second Galaxy Power

Kaisa sends Yan to Blue Star to observe the newly awakened Galaxy Power. While locating Ge Xiaolun, Yan discovers a second, nearly identical genetic signal with no recorded starting point. Intrigued by the anomaly, she chooses to investigate it rather than visit Ge Xiaolun 4.

Yan secretly observes Qin Feng’s encounter with Sumari and reveals herself after Qin Feng calls her out. Her attempt to identify him through dark-plane records fails, forcing her to ask his name directly. After Tara objects to her casual manner toward his ruler, she recognizes his third-generation divine body and apologizes 7 8.

Yan questions Qin Feng about his unrecorded Galaxy Power gene and provisionally accepts his claim that it appeared on its own. She also allows his group to retain Sumari’s restricted Dark Silver dagger, warning him not to let demons steal it. Qin Feng then kisses her without warning, triggering the emergence of his black wings; Yan pushes him away and leaves in anger 8 9.

Kaisa’s Approval and Zhi Xin’s Interest

Later, Yan tries unsuccessfully to locate Qin Feng. During a holographic conversation with Kaisa, she reveals that Blue Star has two Galaxy Powers and acknowledges her feelings for the new one. Kaisa encourages her to pursue him while determining his attitude toward the angels. Yan hesitates over their age difference and admits that she cannot see through his mysterious background 11.

About a month after their first encounter, Yan reunites with Qin Feng while investigating a desert battle alongside Leng, A Zhui, and Zhi Xin. Zhi Xin’s admiration for him makes Yan jealous, particularly when Leng proposes a genetic compatibility test. Yan objects and later protests Qin Feng’s request that Zhi Xin remain with him, but Leng restrains her and the other angels depart without Zhi Xin 18 19 20.

Battle with Morgana

While traveling toward the Super Soldier Company, Yan, Leng, and A Zhui detect Morgana following them and turn back to ambush her. Their coordinated attack fails against Morgana’s Demon's Claws and energy attacks. Qin Feng intervenes just before the claws close on Yan, pulling her to safety 23 24.

Yan warns Qin Feng that Morgana’s fourth-generation divine body makes her too powerful for them and offers to cover his escape. He refuses and summons the Night Bat Corps. When Morgana releases a demonic gene orb toward Sakura Island, Yan attempts to destroy it, but her sword energy passes through. She watches the resulting transformations with anger and possible self-reproach 24 25.

Qin Feng’s forces destroy the demon army and force Morgana to flee. Afterward, Yan tells the arriving Rena that Qin Feng has already driven Morgana away, pointedly criticizing the late attempt to earn the angels’ gratitude 26 27.

Negotiations with the Super God Academy

Yan visits the Super Soldier Company to discuss the Justice Order and future cooperation between the angels and the Super God Academy. By this point, she has chosen Qin Feng rather than Ge Xiaolun as her romantic prospect 28.

After Du Kao refuses to join the Justice Order, Yan announces Kaisa’s decision to end angel support for Ge Xiaolun. She demands reimbursement for the angels’ previous investment and offers to surrender their share of his access backdoors once payment is complete. When Du Kao questions Qin Feng’s origins and suggests he could be a void creature, Yan threatens him for the unsupported accusation 34 35.

The negotiations collapse. Yan leaves with Leng and A Zhui, acknowledging the breakdown to Qin Feng before departing 35 36.
