Background / History

Before the Era of Dharma Decline, Yin Tianjue was an insignificant figure in the Eastern Cultivation World. When spiritual veins collapsed and the path to immortality was severed, he led the Yin Clan's Heaven Generation elders across the ocean to raid the Blood Demon Sacred Hall. They seized the Blood Demon Saint Blood and transformed themselves into Blood Demons, establishing the Yin Clan's foundation. 2 3 16

Using the Blood Demon physique to endure the age without spiritual energy, Tianjue built the Yin Clan into a major force through Blood Slave cultivation, alliances, and long-term strategy. The clan became feared by the Western Dark Forces and rejected by the Eastern Cultivation World. 2 3

Tianjue later entered slumber within a sarcophagus at the summit of the Heaven and Earth Tower. Despite this, he claims that nothing occurring within the Yin Clan City-State escapes his notice. 24

He awakened after Yin Xuege's Sunwalker physique was revealed. Although he admitted the clan had ignored Xuege's abuse, he judged that protection was unnecessary unless Xuege proved his exceptional value. Tianjue then offered Xuege extraordinary resources, status, and protection in exchange for permanent loyalty to the Yin Clan. 24 25

Appearance

Tianjue presents himself as a youthful, handsome man despite being the ancient progenitor of the Yin Clan. He has crimson irises and long, fair fingers, with a sinister smile and calculating gaze that make him appear demonic even among Blood Demons. 24

Personality

Tianjue is ruthlessly pragmatic. He values talent, power, and the Yin Clan's continued prosperity over sentiment or individual welfare. He openly tells Yin Xuege that an untalented child who could not survive the Children's Hall's suppression was not worth protecting. 25

He is also highly calculating. Tianjue recognizes the strategic importance of Xuege's Sunwalker potential, converts past neglect into an offer of patronage, and makes clear that a resentful but still-growing Sunwalker would be eliminated as a threat if he refused the clan's terms. 25

Despite this coldness, Tianjue retains a personal attachment to the Yin Clan's Eastern homeland and an unnamed woman from his past. His desire to return eastward is tied to both clan strategy and nostalgia. 33

Recognition of Yin Xuege

Tianjue awakens to verify Yin Xuege's Sunwalker physique and confronts him over the Yin Clan's neglect of his childhood mistreatment. He offers Xuege status equivalent to an Earth Generation elder, an estate, powerful stewards, guards, and Blood Servants in return for loyalty. 24 25

Yin Clan Martial Arts Competition

Tianjue uses the competition to assess whether Xuege deserves the clan's investment. When Yin Jiwu attacks Xuege, Tianjue intervenes, cripples and demotes Jiwu, gives half of Jiwu's essence blood to Xuege, appoints Xuege a Grand Executive of the Blood War Hall, and awards him the Blood Spirit Sword. 31 32

Return-to-the-East Initiative

Tianjue gathers the Yin Clan's core elders after learning of the Jiang Clan's arrival. He supports using the Jiang Clan as a means to reopen contact with the Eastern Cultivation World and eventually return to the Yin Clan's ancestral homeland. 33

Great Berlin City-State Campaign

Tianjue leads the Yin Clan's assault on Great Berlin City-State, cooperates with Farnburg, and personally deploys the Supreme Pure Qian Yuan One Qi Primordial Heaven-Opening Blood Thunder against the city's defenses. 43 45

Government Hill Formation

During the invasion, Tianjue is drawn into an Eastern formation at Government Hill with thousands of Yin Clan members. He and four other elders shield part of the trapped force with a blood mist barrier, though tens of thousands of Blood Servant soldiers remain exposed to the formation's killing power. 48
