Background / History

Qian Daoliu is Martial Soul Hall's Grand Worship and its most orthodox authority. Following the death of his son, Qian Xunji, he withdrew into seclusion within the Elder Hall for nearly a decade. Though he knew Bibi Dong had killed Qian Xunji, he remained silent out of guilt toward her and consideration for Qian Renxue. 59 61

Chen Ming's Douluo Mental Method brings Qian Daoliu back into public affairs. Seeing both the method's value and Chen Ming's vulnerability, he orders Qian Jun and Falling Devil Douluo to bring Chen Ming to Martial Soul Hall, intending to publicly place the boy under his protection. 61
