Rabastan announced that Voldemort had allowed the Death Eaters to torment the Muggle prisoners, and Dolphin began brutalizing them. As Dolphin dragged Little Patricia away and paralyzed Nancy, Gilderoy prepared to escape with Nancy using a Portkey but left Patricia behind.

• Rabastan relayed Voldemort's order that the Death Eaters could torment the Muggle children and elderly but must not harm the adult Muggles.
