It is hard to believe, but when a pig demon encounters a tiger demon, and the pig demon's cultivation is clearly inferior to the tiger's, one can easily imagine what the tiger demon would do.

Because of this, there are deep-seated conflicts between the various species within the Demon Race.

Today, a tiger demon eats a pig demon; tomorrow, a stronger pig demon might want to taste what a tiger demon is like, driven by a rebellious mentality that questions why only tiger demons are allowed to eat pig demons, and why the reverse shouldn't be possible.

In the past, because the Witch Race existed as their greatest enemy, the Demon Race dared not engage in infighting despite their internal conflicts. After all, if the Witch Race were to witness it, they wouldn't care if you were a tiger demon or a pig demon—you would both be dead.

But now, hasn't the Witch Race withdrawn from the Primordial World?

With the greatest external threat gone, internal strife has naturally begun.

Of course, if it were merely direct infighting within the Demon Race, it would still be barely manageable. After all, Di Jun and Tai Yi are still alive; they might turn a blind eye to minor skirmishes, but if things went too far, they would execute anyone, tiger or pig, without exception.

It can be said that even at their most cruel and bloodthirsty, the Ancestral Witches and the Witch Race never reached such a level.
