Background / History

Li Yuntian is Yang Wanqing’s husband, Li Yingxue’s father, and Zhang Qingxuan’s foster father. He and Yang Wanqing were once fugitives and were aided by the Lin family; while drunk, he promised a future marriage arrangement between their families as repayment. 22

He raised Zhang Qingxuan while carefully concealing the foster son’s extraordinary cultivation and private soul-ring acquisitions. The Li Family’s rapid commercial expansion was closely tied to Zhang Qingxuan’s strategies, while Li Yuntian provided the power and protection that secured the family’s position. 2 12 28

Li Yuntian entered the Star Dou Great Forest with Yang Wanqing and Zhang Qingxuan while Yang Wanqing sought an approximately 80,000-year soul ring. 4 When Tang Zhen used the Break Clan to threaten Yang Wanqing and demanded submission, Li Yuntian answered with his Green Fire Sword and nine-ring Titled Douluo cultivation. 5
