Background / History

Lu Xueqi originates from the Zhu Xian World. Zhang Qingxuan uses a Character Invitation Card to summon her, and she accepts the invitation 84. She arrives in Evil Soul Valley critically injured; Zhang heals her with true qi and a system-provided pill 85.

After recovering, Lu Xueqi accepts Zhang Qingxuan's invitation to follow him and shares her tragic past with him 88. He later takes her to the Martial Soul Awakening Hall, where she introduces herself to the assembled crowd despite visible nervousness 90.

Her awakening nearly causes a backlash when a second, unstable power emerges from the same origin as her sword Martial Soul. Zhang Qingxuan directs the excess essence into her left hand and condenses it into a scabbard, stabilizing her body 92. The result is identified as a primary Martial Soul and a Companion Martial Soul rather than Twin Martial Souls 92 93.

Zhang Qingxuan takes responsibility for her training under a five-year agreement with Qian Xunji: Lu Xueqi and Bibi Dong are each taught for five years before a spar tests their progress 93.
