The Body Martial Soul is awakened by Lu Xiao during the Notting Academy awakening ceremony. Because it does not fit common martial soul categories, Yu Xiaogang dismisses it as a useless martial soul despite Lu Xiao's innate full soul power 1.

Du Busi immediately recognizes its value and declares that anyone who awakens a Body Martial Soul is a disciple of the Body Sect.
