Background

Qian Yanyan was a rank 99 Peerless Douluo and a former Pope of Spirit Hall. He was the father of Qian Wushuang and Qian Wuji, grandfather of Qian Daoliu, and an ancestor of Qian Xunji, Qian Renheng, and Qian Renxue. Before his death, he relinquished the burden of the papacy and eventually died naturally after exhausting the last of his origin within the Worship Hall. 48 51 52

After roughly a thousand years, Qian Wuji brought the Qian family to his grave in the Hall of Douluo. Qian Renheng used the Death Apostle's power to reconstruct Qian Yanyan's body and restore him to his strongest state, though the resurrection severely depleted Qian Renheng's soul power. 48 50

Upon awakening, Qian Yanyan recognized his descendants through the Six-Winged Angel bloodline resonance. Qian Wushuang then explained Qian Renheng's twin mutated Angel Martial Souls, resurrection power, and Life Realm.
