Background / History

The Uchiha were one of the two strongest clans of the Warring States Era, locked in a centuries-long conflict with the Senju. Their fortunes change when Uchiha Yan prevents Senju Tobirama from killing Uchiha Izuna; Madara, Izuna, and Yan then combine their Susanoo against Hashirama. The Uchiha victory prevents the collapse that Yan believes would have followed Izuna’s death. 1
