Assassination of Uchiha Mirai

Following the Land of Lightning Daimyo's demand for revenge, A chooses Yugito to assassinate Uchiha Mirai, believing her perfect control of the Two-Tails makes her particularly suited to the task. Four assassination-specialist jonin are assigned to accompany her. 84 87

Yugito leads the team into the Forest of Death, acting on intelligence supplied by Sarutobi Hiruzen. Their Water and Fire Release ambush fails, Mirai incapacitates the four jonin, and Yugito enters Two-Tails Chakra Mode. 88 89

After her blue-fire assault is nullified, Yugito uses Partial Tailed Beast Transformation. Mirai responds by transforming into a twenty-meter Godzilla specimen, defeats her in close combat, and confronts the Two-Tails directly. 89 90

Captivity in Konoha

Mirai takes Yugito captive and stores her in a concealed room within the Uchiha Clan head's residence. She initially expects Kumogakure to retaliate, but becomes fearful when Mirai reveals that Godzilla has crippled much of her village. 94 98

Mirai identifies Yugito primarily as a source of Two-Tails chakra. The Two-Tails is left weakened and terrified, while chakra absorbed from it contributes to the mutation and splitting of Planet Godzilla. 99

After becoming Hokage, Mirai uses genjutsu to show Yugito his election victory. She attempts to take her own life but is stopped and subdued. 113
