Background / History

Ning Tian is the young sect mistress of the Nine Treasure Glazed Tile Sect. She attends Shrek Academy partly to identify and recruit exceptional young talents for her sect; ideally, she seeks a capable future partner who could become the sect's next Guardian Douluo. She and Wu Feng grew up together, with Wu Feng serving as her protector. 25

After Jiang Yue defeats Dai Huabin, Ning Tian approaches him with Wu Feng to recruit him. She treats him politely, offers to petition her sect for the Distraction Control Technique, and later secures the sect's agreement to provide him its complete version and cultivation insights. Ning Tian and Wu Feng seek out Jiang Yue after his victory over Dai Huabin. Ning Tian offers to bring his request for the Distraction Control Technique to her sect, recognizing that his talent and sword martial soul would be valuable to the Nine Treasure Glazed Tile Sect. 19 20

Freshman Assessment

Ning Tian leads a team with Wu Feng and Nanmen Yun'er. Her support allows her teammates to fight at a level approaching Soul Elders, helping the team defeat Wang Dong, Huo Yuhao, and Xiao Xiao in the round of sixteen. 30

Her team faces Jiang Yue's in the semifinal. Ning Tian attempts to support Wu Feng and Nanmen Yun'er, but Jiang Yue interferes with their emotions and uses her own enhancements against them. Ning Tian ultimately surrenders after both teammates are incapacitated. 32
