Background / History

Ahua trained at Isshin Dojo alongside Kuta, Kuina, and their childhood companions. He later returned home to work at his family’s restaurant and became locally known for his cooking. He initially refused Kuta’s invitation to sail, but joined after Kuina persuaded him 2 10 11.

As the crew’s cook, Ahua fought ordinary pirates during the clash with Krieg’s crew. At Baratie, he asked to taste a meal prepared by Zeff, the chef he admired and hoped to learn from. After A-Luo gained powers from the Ant Devil Fruit, Ahua chose to eat the remaining Rabbit Devil Fruit despite Kuta’s warning that its usefulness was uncertain 14 16 49.

Appearance

Ahua is a plump, bespectacled man who wears a white chef’s uniform aboard ship. After eating the Rabbit Devil Fruit, he retains rabbit ears and a fluffy tail even when he returns to human form 2 10 50.
