Background

Kid was a rising South Blue Supernova with a 120,000,000 Beli bounty. He operated around Ryan Town and was regarded as one of the region’s strongest pirates. 8 10

His officer Killer interfered with shipwright Yuris’s work and abducted Yuris’s granddaughter. Luo Ze killed Killer and recovered Kid’s Life Card from the body, allowing him to continue tracking Kid. 10 13

A month later, Kid encountered Luo Ze outside an auction house. Recognizing him as Killer’s killer, Kid immediately attacked and sought revenge. 41

Appearance

Kid was a young boy, estimated to be about ten years old at the time of his confrontation with Luo Ze. 41

Personality

Kid was cruel, prideful, and quick to act on resentment. He remained fixated on avenging Killer and pursued Luo Ze even after the auction. 41 44

He was also highly arrogant in battle. Although Luo Ze invited Zombie and Yasha to join the fight, Kid initially refused their help, believing that he alone could defeat Luo Ze. He only called for assistance after being overwhelmed. 46

Magnet Fruit / Magnetism Ability

Kid possessed a magnetism-based Devil Fruit ability that let him attract, repel, and manipulate surrounding weapons. 41 46

• Pulled weapons carried by nearby pirates into the air and launched them at Luo Ze. 41
• Formed an iron shield from weapon fragments to block sword slashes. 41
• Generated attraction and repulsion around his body to interfere with Luo Ze’s sword attacks. 46
• Could gather a large number of weapons into defensive barriers, though Luo Ze’s Blood Sword Form eventually destroyed them. 46

Kid was the target of a Swordmaster System mission issued to Luo Ze. His location in Ryan Town was investigated after Luo Ze learned of his 120,000,000 Beli bounty. 8 10

Auction Confrontation

Kid encountered Luo Ze at an auction house and attacked him with magnetically controlled weapons. Luo Ze deflected the assault, proposed delaying their fight until after the auction, and left with Ellie. 41

Final Battle and Death

After the auction, Kid joined the pirates pursuing Luo Ze for Snow Joy and the Haki booklet. He fought Luo Ze alone at first, using magnetism to obstruct his blade, but Luo Ze’s Blood Sword Form destroyed Kid’s weapon defenses and sent him flying. 44 46

With his available weapons destroyed and his subordinates defeated, Kid could no longer defend himself. Luo Ze killed him with a crimson sword slash. 47
