G Cells and White Zetsu Cells

Long before Uchiha Mirai had even stepped into the world, he had formulated a three-step strategy.

His plan for dealing with the Konoha F4 after emerging, and restoring the Uchiha Clan's former glory, was divided into three major steps.

That was why Uchiha Mirai had launched a coup within Naka Shrine and seized Uchiha Fugaku's position as clan head!

For this day, he had laid low for a full three years.

In secret, he had gathered the strength of the entire younger generation of the Uchiha.

May Uchiha's youth cast off their coldness. Let each give off whatever warmth they have, whatever light they can, like fireflies. If there is no torch ahead, then I shall be the only light.

This was his declaration when rallying the Uchiha youth.

By now, those words had become the motto of countless young Uchiha.

After gaining control of the Uchiha's power, the second step followed immediately.

Its target was none other than the Hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen.

On the eve of Namikaze Minato succeeding the position of Hokage, he had been forced into retirement by the Konoha F4's manipulation of public opinion.

This second step would likewise use public opinion to strike back at the Konoha F4.

Water could carry a boat, but it could also capsize one.

Sarutobi Hiruzen and Danzo were confident that they could control all public opinion in Konoha.

The White Fang incident from back then, the Uchiha Calamity three years ago, and even the current demon fox Naruto...

But they might never have imagined

that their advantage in public opinion would eventually become a sharp blade driven into their chests.

In the original story, Cloud Ninja kidnapped Hinata and was killed by Hiashi Hyuga.

In the end, under Sarutobi Hiruzen's pressure, the Hyuga Clan put forward Hiashi's younger brother, Hizashi, to commit suicide and quell the Cloud Hidden Village's fury.

Such a major incident had barely caused even the slightest ripple within Konoha Village.

Other than the Hyuga Clan and a handful of ninja, the overwhelming majority of villagers were not even aware of it.

But in this timeline, Uchiha Mirai had intervened.

The Hokage faction led by Sarutobi Hiruzen and Danzo, the Uchiha Clan's forces, and lastly, Obito hiding in the shadows.

Uchiha Mirai looked at White Zetsu's body lying on his bedboard and could not help clicking his tongue.

Even after being killed by him, this White Zetsu still possessed intense life fluctuations.

His entire body was composed almost entirely of a single kind of cell.

The properties of these cells were extremely unusual. Though they resembled animal cells in form, they possessed chloroplasts, an organelle found only in plant cells.

He had a bold idea.

His hand shot out and pressed against White Zetsu's chest.

Uchiha Mirai's eyes had already turned into scarlet Mangekyo Sharingan. Within his body, a unique power surged down his arm.

White Zetsu's body suddenly underwent a mutation.

Godzilla!

G Cells!

In the forest outside the Uchiha Clan Compound.

Space gave off strange ripples, and a figure wearing a tiger-striped mask emerged from the distorted vortex.

White Zetsu poked his head out from behind him.

"Madara, I've lost contact with one of my clones."

Obito frowned slightly. "What happened?"

"I don't know." White Zetsu shook his head. "I don't share senses with all my clones. It may have been discovered, but I don't know who did it yet."

As though remembering something, White Zetsu suddenly said, "Madara, Root has seemed rather restless lately. They've been appearing around the Uchiha Clan Compound far more often. Do you think it could have been them...?"

Uchiha Obito frowned.

Danzo's Root?

Ever since Uchiha Mirai had emerged, he had turned Konoha upside down. In response, Root and ANBU had greatly increased their surveillance of the Uchiha Clan Compound.

As a result, he had rarely shown himself lately.

"Be careful. Don't expose yourself."

Uchiha Obito gave the warning gravely.

Under normal circumstances, he would not have been this cautious.

But Uchiha Mirai was simply too unnatural.

Uchiha Obito's gaze deepened as he looked from the forest toward the clan compound.

He had once seen Uchiha Mirai in the compound.

That ridiculous Hokage probably never realized that he himself had created the Night of the Nine-Tails!

"This false world truly isn't worth saving!"

Uchiha Obito sighed wistfully.

He looked toward the clan compound beyond the forest.

From here, he could vaguely see the buildings within the compound, see the everyday lives of the Uchiha clansmen.

But all of it was false.

Only beneath the light of the Eye of the Moon could the true world finally arrive.
