Background / History

Following the Dao-Devil War, Hongjun's coming ascension is recognized as the beginning of an age in which Saints will dominate the Primordial World. He ultimately becomes a Saint, filling the world with purple qi, falling heavenly flowers, golden lotuses, auspicious clouds, and surging innate spiritual qi. 1 9

After attaining sainthood, Hongjun summons those with affinity to Zixiao Palace and promises three sermons, each lasting three thousand years. He teaches from his comprehension of the three thousand Great Daos through the Creation Jade Disc. 8 12
