Wilton is a transmigrator whose “Golden Finger” grants him recovery-oriented skills and knowledge of future events. He considered this foreknowledge his greatest advantage and used it to pursue power, Devil Fruits, and long-term political control. 48 146

He served under Vice Admiral Dalmatian for four years. Wilton repeatedly fought at the front against pirates and became known for accepting mutually destructive exchanges rather than retreating. Dalmatian promoted and trusted him, while Wilton used his merits to obtain Rokushiki training and focus almost entirely on Tekkai, Armament Haki, and Observation Haki. 4
