Bai Mo resurrected Arcueid with Asura Way after her body was destroyed by Mystic Eyes of Death Perception. When Ciel arrived and warned that Arcueid’s bloodsucking impulse could endanger the city, Bai Mo refused to hand her over and said he would kill her himself if she lost control.

• Bai Mo met former acting priest Mario Gallo Bestino and learned that the Church had secretly made Misaki a testing ground for Magnetic Field Power, using Ciel and Roa.
• Bai Mo explained that Magnetic Field Power could make Roa immortal and warned that its full development could unleash power capable of killing everyone in the country.

Bai Mo defeated Vlov Arkhangel, the newly ascended nineteenth Ancestor, after removing the curse from his body. Before dying, Vlov told Bai Mo about a Magic Crest that could track Roa, and its lance tip later began pointing in a direction.

• Ciel identified the dying vampire as Vlov Arkhangel, and Vlov thanked Bai Mo for removing the curse while explaining he had come to obtain Arcueid's heart and blood.
• Vlov revealed that he had come to hunt Roa and asked Bai Mo to preserve the Magic Crest in his lance tip, which could locate Roa's soul after his reincarnation.
