Morgan is Miskatonic University's youngest associate professor of pharmacology. He teaches the open Common Herbs lecture, whose deliberately broad title lets him discuss materials beyond ordinary plants; he also hints to students that genuinely uncommon herbs are dangerous and absent from normal books. Although he presents himself as an unusually casual and popular professor, Morgan is involved in cultist investigations and regards Professor Henry Armitage as his idol.
