When Yun Ming accepted Chen Yu's demand that Shrek repay Ya Li's thirty years of resource expenditures, Zhuo Shi objected that the debt represented two centuries of the academy's accumulation and could not be raised within a week. 5

Following Long Yeyue's death, Zhuo Shi participated in the Sea God Pavilion's deliberations over Chen Yu's power. He initially sought reassurance from Yun Ming that Chen Yu could not be beyond the peak quasi-god realm. 12

After Yun Ming returned gravely injured from Ming Capital, Zhuo Shi denounced the Sea God Pavilion elders' panic and unrealistic reliance on their god-level trump card. He resolved to retrieve the Clear Sky Hammer from the Clear Sky Sect himself, though Shrek's plan was secretly reported to Chen Yu. 103

With Yun Ming unconscious, Zhuo Shi was temporarily appointed Pavilion Master. He proposed that Shrek falsely claim leadership in the operation that destroyed the Holy Spirit Cult, intending to restore the academy's public standing. 111

When Zhuo Shi unleashed the Clear Sky Hammer's killing intent, Chen Yu destroyed its seven-colored manifestation with a golden-red palm strike. Zhuo Shi was reduced to ash without even having time to scream. 114

His death was followed by Chen Yu's public exposure of Shrek Academy's hidden role in the history of godhood, further accelerating the academy's abandonment and collapse.
