Background / History

The Federation historically provided Shrek Academy with massive annual resource support, despite Shrek’s failure to eliminate the Holy Spirit Cult over more than ten thousand years. It also faced entrenched influence from Shrek Academy, Tang Sect, noble families, sects, and regional powers that diverted public resources for private benefit 7 26 69 76.

Its military and technological development reduced the traditional dominance of high-level soul masters.
