Arc 8The Rhine Clan’s Migration

Jason grew powerful enough to travel the Netherworld, gather allies, and return to Skyfall City, where he helped the Rhine Clan prepare to migrate. After defeating the Green Tree Tribe’s leader, he learned that a hooded enemy planned to attack the clan and slaughter nearby settlements.

  • Jason’s Fate Clone broke through to Highgod level, and he began planning a journey to the Netherworld while most of his companions agreed to accompany him.
  • Jason killed Sadista and his escaping clone, then agreed to help Beirut research the Four Divine Beasts’ bloodlines while leaving his Water Clone and original body behind.
  • Jason sent Linda and the others toward the Infernal Realm, killed Plane Guardian Hodan, and later began traveling through the Netherworld on Fiend missions.
  • Jason escaped capture by Seven Star Fiends with Beirut’s token, met Sovereign Caroline and Prefect Natasha, and bought Naya, a captive Midgod of the Vermilion Bird Clan.
  • Jason fought the Ashcroft pursuers who had deliberately released Naya, then entered Skyfall City with her and reunited with his clones.
  • Jason accepted Bessalie’s offer of the Heavenly Waterfall Pearl method, then negotiated with Lloyd to end the Rhine Clan’s contract in exchange for Sovereign’s Might and the Deathgod Golem recipe.
  • Jason and Delisha recruited Fiends to guard the Rhine Clan’s migration, then attacked the Green Tree Tribe and pursued its fleeing leader underground.
  • Jason killed the Green Tree Tribe’s leader with Frost Chill, but a surviving Six-Star Fiend reported the deaths of Boskes and Esteso to his hooded master, who ordered an attack on the Rhine Clan and surrounding settlements.
Chapters 179–204 Vol. 2 Read

Ch. 179Bluefire Arrives

Jason explained how talented Midgods could challenge stronger opponents, then spent a year cultivating quietly while Adkins made no move against him. Bluefire and Adkins visited Dragonblood Castle after observing Jason’s battle, and Jason welcomed them inside.

  • Jason told Veronica, Monica, and his other friends that strong comprehension, soul power, and divine artifacts could let Midgods defeat weaker Highgods.
  • Jason predicted that Monica, Linley, Wharton, Bebe, Olivier, and Clear Spring could eventually reach the peak of Highgod strength.
  • Jason cultivated in peace for a year and avoided drawing attention while he judged that he could not yet defeat Adkins.
  • Jason watched Jenny and the formation masters examine the damaged Deathgod Golem, but Jenny warned that dismantling it could trigger an explosion.
  • Adkins arrived at Dragonblood Castle with Bluefire and their companions, introduced Bluefire as the ruler of Bluefire City, and Jason invited them inside.

Ch. 180A Conversation with Bluefire

Jason explained the Netherworld’s hierarchy and his clan’s resources to Bluefire and Adkins, then showed them his collection of battle projections. After the visitors began studying the recordings, Shelley warned Jason that Bluefire was the strongest of the Gebados Plane’s five kings, and Jason urged his companions to keep striving despite their current weakness.

  • Bluefire and Adkins questioned Jason about the Netherworld’s experts, its ranks, his clan, and the Deathgod Golem.
  • Jason refused to explain the secret behind his past battle with the God of Yellow Sand and invited the guests to view his Floating Shadows.
  • Jason showed Bluefire and Adkins the battle projections collected by his clan and from the Necropolis of the Gods.
  • Shelley warned Jason that Bluefire was the strongest of the five kings and perhaps the strongest person in the Gebados Plane.
  • Jason said he believed he could someday reach Bluefire’s level and encouraged his companions not to lose their resolve.

Ch. 181Epiphany and Breakthrough

Jason let Bluefire and Adkins’s followers study the Floating Shadows while his own companions sparred with Gaitenbi. As the fight ended, Jason’s Fate Clone broke through to the Highgod level and merged with his other clone, astonishing Adkins.

  • Burgess emerged from the cave after gaining insight and went to cultivate in seclusion.
  • Gaitenbi asked Jason for a sparring partner, so Jason sent Bebe, Clear Spring, and Olivier to fight him in the arena.
  • The three Lowgods used their strength and abilities to challenge Gaitenbi, who eventually stopped the fight to cultivate after gaining insight.
  • Bluefire watched the battle and spoke with Jason about Olivier’s Soul Mutation and Jason’s concealed clones beneath Dragonblood Castle.
  • Jason sensed that his Fate Clone was making a breakthrough, and after the fight, his golden-robed Highgod Clone arrived and merged with the other Jason.
  • Adkins stared in astonishment and asked whether Jason had broken through to the Highgod level.

Ch. 182Breaking Through to Highgod

Jason’s Fate Clone unexpectedly broke through to the Highgod level, and he tested its strength before celebrating with Bluefire and Adkins. After deciding to leave the Yulan Continent, Jason arranged for O’Brien and Catherine to guard it and invited his companions to travel with him to the Netherworld, while Olivier chose the Infernal Realm instead.

  • Jason tested his Fate Clone’s combat abilities and found that it could reach the strength of a Six-Star Fiend when combined with his other clones.
  • Bluefire and Adkins congratulated Jason at a banquet and thanked him for helping their cultivation; Jason kept their offers of help in reserve.
  • Jason told Monica, Tarosse, Dylan, Linda, and the others that he planned to leave for the Higher Planes and asked who would accompany him to the Netherworld.
  • O’Brien and Catherine agreed to remain on the Yulan Continent for a hundred thousand years in exchange for the Divine Sparks Jason had given them.
  • Most of Jason’s companions agreed to travel with him, but Olivier chose to go to the Infernal Realm to temper himself.

Ch. 183Slaying Sadista

Jason demonstrated the power of his Annihilation Eye to Beirut, piercing the skin of Beirut’s Sovereign Clone and agreeing to delay his trip to the Netherworld. Sadista of the Renners Clan attacked Jason, but Jason killed him with the Blood Blade and Sovereign’s Might, then hunted down his followers.

  • Olivier left, while Jason stayed because Linda and the others were still refining Divine Sparks; Linley told Jason that the Four Divine Beasts Clan had withdrawn from the Netherworld to the Infernal Realm.
  • Jason explained Annihilation Eye to Beirut and demonstrated that it could reveal lines through which he pierced Beirut’s unusually tough Sovereign Clone.
  • Beirut asked Jason to postpone his Netherworld trip, and Jason returned to Bloodshadow Valley, where Sadista of the Renners Clan challenged him.
  • Sadista shattered Jason’s Crystal Space and destroyed his Bible, but Jason used the Blood Blade and Radiant Sovereign’s Might to kill Sadista and his escaping clone.
  • Jason located Sadista’s Midgod and Lowgod followers in the Yulan Empire and massacred them while Bluefire’s and Adkins’s divine senses watched.

Ch. 184Four Divine Beasts Essence Blood

Jason learned that Sadista’s visit may have been connected to the Four Divine Beasts Clan’s past, then accepted a bloodline-research assignment from Beirut’s Sovereign. The chapter left Jason preparing to relocate the Rhine Clan to Indigo Prefecture and awaiting a physical defense Sovereign Artifact.

  • Jason told Linley that Sadista had carried Infernal Realm currency and might have been connected to the Four Divine Beasts Clan’s enemies, warning Linley to be cautious in the Infernal Realm.
  • Beirut told Jason that his Sovereign wanted him to help research the Four Divine Beasts’ bloodlines and ordered him to leave his Water Clone and original body behind in the Necropolis of the Gods.
  • Beirut asked Jason to move the Rhine Clan to Indigo Prefecture on the Blood Peak Continent, and Jason obtained Delisha’s consent to begin the relocation.
  • Beirut offered Jason a Sovereign Artifact in advance, and Jason chose one for physical defense.
  • Beirut revealed that the Sovereign interested in Jason was a Wind Sovereign and gave Jason a token he could use to invoke Beirut’s name against powerful enemies.

Ch. 185Everyone's Departure

Jason gave the Rhine Clan’s group a safe start toward the Infernal Realm, then remained on the Yulan Continent to strengthen his Fate Clone before traveling to the Netherworld. When Adkins proposed raiding the Necropolis of the Gods, Jason refused, and Adkins left in anger.

  • Beirut gave Jason a nameless water-element Sovereign Artifact, which Jason named Frost Chill, and a token bearing the aura of a Wind Sovereign’s Might.
  • Linda led Veronica, Monica, Dylan, Tarosse, Desri, Clear Spring, Ivan, Barek, and others toward the Infernal Realm, while Jason warned them to avoid danger and find a safe city.
  • Jason killed the Plane Guardian Hodan, returned Linley and Delia to the castle, and arranged for O’Brien, Catherine, Cesar, and Doehring Cowart to guard the Yulan Continent in exchange for divine godheads.
  • Jason spent decades refining his Fate Clone’s techniques and watched Bluefire begin creating a continent.
  • Adkins asked Jason to help him break into the Necropolis of the Gods and offered to deal with Beirut, but Jason advised him to grow stronger first.
  • Adkins accused Jason of timidity, then left in a rage after Jason said he was confident he could surpass Bluefire but not Beirut.

Ch. 187Soul Defense Divine Artifact, Ink Soul

Jason traveled to Yama City, joined a caravan heading north, and bought Soul Pearls from its leader, Feiliya. He discovered that his Soul Defense Divine Artifact rapidly converted the pearls into soul essence and named it Ink Soul.

  • Jason arrived at the Ghost Eye Grotto and decided to take a mission north rather than fly across the Netherworld alone.
  • Jason obtained an extra Fiend Medallion in Yama City and accepted a mission escorting Azure Light Soul Pearls.
  • Jason joined Feiliya’s caravan, which included four Highgods and fifteen Midgods, and discussed buying some of her cargo.
  • Jason traded a defensive Highgod Artifact for 3,500 Soul Pearls, telling Feiliya he would give them to younger members of his family.
  • Jason used his Soul Defense Divine Artifact to convert a Soul Pearl into soul essence and named the artifact Ink Soul.

Ch. 188Caravans, Merchants, and Trade

Jason traveled with Feiliya’s caravan as bandits pursued its Soul Pearl cargo, and he learned that the shipment was caught in a trade dispute. After the caravan reached a city and disbanded, Jason prepared to seek another mission, then suspected the Soul Pearl deal might have been a scam.

  • Jason and the caravan fought off a gang of bandits who used Divine Spark-refined Midgods as cannon fodder, while the two Highgod leaders escaped.
  • Feiliya explained that her cargo was intended for Azure Cloud Prefecture’s Soul Pearl trade and that competitors might be using force to take her market share.
  • When the Fiends hesitated to continue the dangerous mission, two Four Star Fiends proposed buying Feiliya’s Soul Pearls instead of abandoning her.
  • Jason negotiated a price of eight hundred and fifty Nether Stones per pearl and traded Sadista’s Godheads and artifacts for twenty-five thousand Soul Pearls.
  • The caravan reached a city, Feiliya ended the mission without paying a commission, and the Fiends went their separate ways.
  • Jason headed toward the Fiend Hall for a new mission, then wondered whether Feiliya and the others had been a gang of swindlers.

Ch. 189A Dangerous Escort Mission

Jason joined a dangerous escort mission bound for Bone Dragon Prefecture, where a large bandit force attacked the caravan in its eleventh year. He revealed power beyond the rank the other Fiends expected, then saw a group of bandits led by a Five-Star Fiend break through toward him and Frank.

  • Jason accepted Frank's escort mission to Bone Dragon Prefecture and joined the Highgod contingent as a supposed Two-Star Fiend.
  • During the journey, the caravan faced five bandit attacks, and in the eleventh year a force of thirty-seven Highgods and more than five hundred Midgods gathered to attack.
  • The Six-Star Fiends assigned Jason and Bessalie to lead Midgod squads and protect Frank while the senior Fiends charged the enemy leaders.
  • A Wind-element Five-Star Fiend disguised as a javelin attacked Jason, but Jason stopped the strike with a Fate-edict technique.
  • A group of bandits led by the same Five-Star Fiend broke through the Fiends' blockade and charged toward Jason's position.

Ch. 190Bandits' Siege

Jason helped Sheldon’s Fiends repel a bandit siege, fighting off one elite group and killing a fleeing Highgod bandit. The battle ended with the bandits retreating, while the Fiends questioned the attackers’ identity and Sheldon was advised to recruit stronger help.

  • Sheldon asked Jason to help defend the line, and Jason chose to intercept one of three elite bandit groups alone.
  • Jason suppressed a Five-Star Fiend leader and seven Midgods, then forced the group to retreat when he intensified his attacks.
  • Jason turned to help Sheldon, broke through a Darkness Element Highgod bandit’s clones, and killed him with a Godslaying Arrow as the bandits fled.
  • Sheldon thanked Jason, and the Highgod Fiends reported that their strongest opponent had been too formidable to defeat even together.
  • A Five-Star Fiend criticized Jason for holding back, but Sheldon defended him and the Six-Star Fiends advised Sheldon to recruit stronger Fiends.

Ch. 191Wulei Prefecture's Soldiers

Jason bought supplies and artifact-refining materials in Liuli City while Leopold continued to suspect him. Seven years later, Wulei Prefecture’s soldiers intercepted Sheldon’s party and forced everyone to accompany them to Leiming City, where Jason chose to go along.

  • Jason bought Netherworld River Water, Godslaying Arrows, and rare death-attribute metal at Mountain Lake Castle.
  • Leopold questioned Jason about the earlier bandit ambush and why he had concealed his strength, but Jason dismissed him.
  • Sheldon recruited additional Highgods, and Leopold’s suspicions helped isolate Jason during the journey.
  • Thirty-seven Highgods surrounded the party and identified themselves as personal troops of the Prefect of Wulei Prefecture, ordering everyone to go to Leiming City.
  • Leopold asked to leave with the party, but the soldiers refused, and Sheldon and the Fiends submitted.
  • Jason decided to accompany the soldiers, hoping to speak with the Prefect or a powerful Fiend after reaching Wulei Prefecture.

Ch. 192Beirut's Token

Jason and the other Fiends were ambushed by three Seven Star Fiends seeking Bessalie, and the attack killed all thirty-seven Wulei Prefecture soldiers. Jason proved his connection to Beirut with a token and an oath, then left while the other captives were taken away.

  • The Wulei Prefecture soldiers transported Jason, Sheldon, Bessalie, and the other Fiends toward Wulei Prefecture aboard three metallic airships.
  • Three Seven Star Fiends shattered the airships, killed the soldiers, and captured the surviving Highgods, including Jason and Bessalie.
  • The attackers revealed that they wanted Bessalie, the daughter of the previous prefect of Bone Dragon Prefecture, and decided to take the other Fiends as well.
  • Jason showed Grant Beirut's token and swore that he knew nothing about Bessalie, Sheldon, or their affairs.
  • Grant confirmed Jason's identity with the prefect and let him leave, while the other Fiends pleaded for Jason to take them with him.

Ch. 193Melita of Blood Blade City

Jason arrived in Blood Blade City to seek a Bloodflame Saber and unexpectedly reunited with Melita, who was serving the lord of Golden Deer City. He placed bids on two sabers and reviewed the divine-artifact materials he had collected, while preparing to continue his journey.

  • Jason reached Blood Blade City after avoiding Wulei Prefecture and visited Specter Castle to look for a Bloodflame Saber.
  • Jason met Melita at the Bloodflame Saber counter and learned that a Sovereign had arranged for her to cultivate in Blood Blade City.
  • Melita explained that the two sabers belonged to the lord of Golden Deer City, and Jason raised the bid on each by one million.
  • Jason bought Netherworld River Water, rented a room, and sorted through the materials he had gathered across nine prefectures.
  • Jason assessed which materials he still needed to refine divine artifacts and decided he could acquire the missing ones later.

Ch. 194King of the North, Sovereign of the Netherworld

Jason bought a short Bloodflame Saber and learned that Melita’s prefect, Natasha, was friends with the Netherworld’s King of the North, Sovereign Caroline. After Caroline summoned him to question him about his ties to Beirut and an incident in Bone Dragon Prefecture, Natasha gave Jason a long, slender Bloodflame Saber, and he prepared to leave.

  • Jason learned that a Seven Star Fiend had bought the long, slender Bloodflame Saber outright, then told Melita about his plan to travel to the Infernal Realm and his friend Kasabu’s death.
  • Jason paid ninety-two million Inkstones for the short Bloodflame Saber, but Melita told him Prefect Natasha wanted to see him.
  • Natasha introduced Jason to Sovereign Caroline, who questioned him about Beirut and his clones in Skyfall City.
  • Jason described three Seven Star Fiends who had claimed to be from Golden Deer Prefecture and had captured Chelsea, prompting Natasha to investigate.
  • Caroline returned Beirut’s token to Jason, and Natasha gave him a long, slender Bloodflame Saber before he and Melita said goodbye.

Ch. 195The Vermilion Bird Clan's Slave

Jason traveled to Greyrock City to buy artifact-crafting materials and stayed for its auction, where he outbid a mysterious woman to acquire a Vermilion Bird Clan slave. The woman swore allegiance to him under an Overgod Oath, and Jason left with his new slave.

  • Jason arrived in Greyrock City and discovered that a shopkeeper was involved in an attempt to infiltrate his soul.
  • After learning about the city’s three factions, Jason stayed for their jointly organized auction.
  • Jason bid on a Vermilion Bird Clan Midgod slave and competed against the woman who had tried to invade his soul.
  • Jason won the auction for sixty-seven million Nether Stones and identified himself as Jason Rhine.
  • Jason watched the Vermilion Bird woman endure soul-flame torture before she swore allegiance to him under an Overgod Oath.

Ch. 196Heading to Bone Dragon Prefecture

Jason traveled with Naya to Hyde City, where he bought Netherworld goods and intelligence about entering Skyfall City. After learning the city remained sealed, he changed course and headed for Bone Dragon Prefecture with Naya.

  • Jason learned that Naya had been captured by Fiends on a mission and told her the Four Divine Beasts Clan had withdrawn from the Netherworld, which she refused to believe.
  • Jason and Naya arrived in Hyde City, where Jason spent more than ten million Nether Stones on goods to resell in the Infernal Realm.
  • Jason bought intelligence about Skyfall City and learned that its lockdown had tightened, entry was dangerous, and no major changes had occurred inside.
  • Jason asked Naya about the unrest in Bone Dragon Prefecture and concluded that she might have been captive for more than four thousand years.
  • Jason changed their plans and flew west with Naya toward Bone Dragon Prefecture.

Ch. 197First Encounter with the Eight Great Clans

Jason fought three Ashcroft Clan Highgods who were hunting remnants of the Four Divine Beasts Clan and discovered their strange ability to slow his absorption of divine power. After killing them and questioning one survivor, he learned that Naya had been deliberately released and that the Ashcroft Clan still had two Seven Star Fiends in the Netherworld.

  • Jason assessed the three pursuers as one Six-Star Fiend and two Five-Star Fiends, then fought them without using Frost Chill.
  • The Ashcroft Clan members used Death Divine Power to slow Jason's absorption of divine power, but their attacks could not overcome his defenses.
  • Jason killed the fast Five-Star Fiend, identified his true body among his clones, and then killed the other two pursuers as they tried to flee.
  • Jason questioned a surviving clone, who revealed that the Ashcroft Clan hunted Four Divine Beasts Clan remnants and had deliberately released Naya.
  • Jason destroyed the remaining clone and took the corpses to study their ability before telling Naya to board the airship.

Ch. 198Returning to Skyfall City

Jason and Naya traveled toward Skyfall City, where bandits and prefecture forces tried to keep outsiders away. After Jason identified himself as Beirut’s subordinate, Bone Dragon Prefecture’s ruler allowed him to enter, while the three Seven Star Fiends who had met him before suspected who he was.

  • Jason flew into Bone Dragon Prefecture and ignored soldiers who ordered him to turn back after he showed Beirut’s token.
  • Bandits led by two Highgods attacked Jason, and he killed them before noticing that Soul Seeds had controlled them.
  • Jason warned Naya to flee if danger arose and continued toward Skyfall City, killing two more groups of bandits along the way.
  • A stern-faced woman stopped Jason near the city and contacted her superiors after he presented Beirut’s token.
  • In Dragon Pupil City, the three Seven Star Fiends recognized Jason as a possible man they had encountered before, but the prefect ordered that he be allowed into Skyfall City.

Ch. 199Forging Divine Artifacts

Jason reunited with his clones and companions in besieged Skyfall City, then commissioned unfinished divine artifacts from the city’s last remaining forging workshop. After naming the new armor and weapons, he learned Delisha had materials for two Defensive Divine Artifacts.

  • Jason entered Skyfall City with Naya, reunited with his clones, and told the trapped residents that he served Beirut and could not take them with him.
  • Johanna confronted Mariano, who revealed that City Lord Lloyd had known about the decision to keep her squad in the city.
  • Jason gave Delisha a Bloodflame Saber and brought Naya with him to have his accumulated materials forged into artifacts.
  • The workshop owners forged death-attribute armor that Jason named Evil Ghost Entanglement and a destruction-attribute saber that he named Destruction and Silence.
  • Jason asked Delisha about the leftover materials, and she offered enough to make two Defensive Divine Artifacts.

Ch. 200Bessalie and the Heavenly Waterfall Pearl

Jason met Bessalie, who revealed her identity and asked him to take her to the Infernal Realm in exchange for the Heavenly Waterfall Pearl’s crafting method. After Jason accepted the pearl and gave her Sovereign’s Might to escape Skyfall City, he and his companions planned to leave the next day.

  • Jason recognized the masked visitor as Bessalie, who explained that she had used a fake Bessalie and Sheldon to mislead her enemies.
  • Bessalie told Jason and Delisha that she had inherited the Heavenly Waterfall Pearl method from her father’s trusted ally and wanted Lord Beirut’s protection.
  • Bessalie swore an Overgod Oath, and Jason accepted her offer and took the Heavenly Waterfall Pearl.
  • Jason gave Bessalie a drop of Light Element Sovereign’s Might so she could leave Skyfall City without detection.
  • Jason and Delisha decided to say goodbye to Johanna, and Jason told Naya they would leave the following day.

Ch. 201Lloyd and the Deathgod Golems

Jason and Delisha returned to Falling Rain City to move the Rhine Clan away from the turmoil surrounding Lloyd’s threatened position. Jason negotiated with Lloyd to annul the clan’s contract in exchange for the method for refining supreme-grade Deathgod Golems, and they agreed that Jason and Delisha would stay until they had mastered it.

  • Jason swore to the Evil Wind Fiend that he, Delisha, and Naya had not caused the turmoil in Bone Dragon Prefecture, and the fiend let them continue toward Northbone Prefecture.
  • Jason learned that Archmonde planned to challenge Lloyd for control of Falling Rain City, while hostile forces and rumors put Lloyd’s position at risk.
  • Delisha collected the Rhine Clan’s Violet Light Pearl Mussels and gave Maisiji Nether Stones to buy supplies before the clan’s planned departure.
  • Jason and Delisha asked Lloyd to annul the Rhine Clan’s contract, but Lloyd objected that the clan was abandoning him during his troubles.
  • Jason offered Lloyd Sovereign’s Might and revealed Beirut’s token, then asked for the method to refine supreme-grade Deathgod Golems.
  • Lloyd voided the old contract and agreed to the exchange, with Jason and Delisha remaining until they had mastered the method.

Ch. 202Recruiting Fiends

Jason and Delisha learned Lloyd’s method for crafting top-grade Deathgod Golems, then recruited Fiends to protect the Rhine Clan during its migration. After only eight Fiends signed up, they prepared to leave and discovered Bessalie posing as Leopold among the recruits.

  • Lloyd taught Jason and Delisha his proprietary recipe, gave them materials to craft top-grade Deathgod Golems, and accepted Jason’s light-element Sovereign’s Might.
  • Jason and Delisha posted a mission at the Fiend Castle to hire Five-Star and Six-Star Fiends to guard the Rhine Clan’s migration.
  • Alpa told Jason that the Green Tree Tribe had occupied much of the Grey Earth Underground City and was harassing the Rhine Clan, so Jason decided to wait for recruited Fiends before confronting them.
  • A month later, Jason accepted the eight Fiends who had signed up, including one Six-Star Fiend, and told them to gather at the west city gate.
  • Bessalie arrived disguised as Leopold, and she and Jason pretended to argue before agreeing to work together on the migration.

Ch. 203Clearing the Obstacles

Jason and Delisha led four Five-Star Fiends to destroy the Green Tree Tribe before the Rhine Clan migrated, but they encountered Lord Archmonde’s powerful subordinates. Jason defeated two Six-Star Fiends and killed another, while Delisha drove off the attackers threatening her; the tribe’s leader and an assassin escaped, leaving Jason in pursuit as Delisha returned to protect the clan.

  • Delisha told the Fiends the Rhine Clan planned to migrate northeast and recruited four of them to help eliminate the Green Tree Tribe.
  • Jason, Delisha, and the four Five-Star Fiends reached the Green Tree Tribe and discovered its leader had been joined by three Six-Star Fiends serving Lord Archmonde.
  • Jason used Arc Flash and Annihilation Eye to break the attackers’ defenses and kill their Water Element fighter, then continued fighting the halberd wielder and the assassin.
  • The Green Tree Tribe’s leader fled underground, while two attackers rushed Delisha; she destroyed one and discovered the other had escaped using an illusion.
  • Jason sent Delisha back to guard the Rhine Clan and plunged underground to pursue the Green Tree Tribe’s leader.

Ch. 204Green Tree Tribe

Jason killed the leader of the Green Tree Tribe after studying his powerful defenses and unusual movement. A month later, the surviving Six-Star Fiend led his hooded master toward the Rhine Clan, which the man vowed to destroy after failing to claim Falling Rain City.

  • Jason pursued the Green Tree Tribe leader and fought him, testing his defenses and repeated rebound attack.
  • Jason used Frost Chill to break through the leader's shield, then killed him and destroyed his remaining clone.
  • A month later, the surviving Six-Star Fiend reported to his hooded master that Boskes and Esteso had died in the attack on the Rhine Clan.
  • The hooded man ordered the Six-Star Fiend to lead him to the Rhine Clan, declaring that he would slaughter the surrounding settlements after failing to claim Falling Rain City.
