Stage / Realm / Level Chapter Notes
Inherited Light God divinity and damaged Divine Core 1 Absorbed Yu Xi’s surviving divine remnants. Gained her authorities, techniques, and fragmented memories, but could neither replenish divine power nor repair the core without faith.
Partial Divine Core recovery 32 Received a faith influx over one hundred times greater than previous surges. Converted it into divine power to mend the core, then extended his perception far enough to discover Elf Planet.
Divine Power Level 2 51 Advanced by absorbing accumulated faith. His perception radius increased one hundredfold over Level 1, reaching hundreds of light-years and covering several galaxies.
Divine Power Level 3 — weak divine power 79 Repaired the core’s first golden line into a complete ring, leaving the feeble-divine-power tier. Perception expanded to a radius of ten thousand light-years, encompassing tens of millions of inhabited planets and several Divine Realms. Used his strengthened creation authority to create Sumu, the Land of Light, and a real Digital World.

Background / History

Inheriting the Light God

Su He was preparing to play a computer game when a whirlpool appeared on his screen and pulled him into an unfamiliar world. He awakened in a ruined palace, where a golden sphere merged with his body. It contained the Divine Core and remaining divinity of Light God Yu Xi, whose divine soul had been destroyed following her defeat 1.

The inheritance strengthened his body and soul and supplied divine abilities and fragmented memories. However, the ruined Divine Kingdom had lost contact with the outside world. Without incoming Faith Power, he could not restore his power, repair the kingdom, or escape. His isolation lasted an indeterminate period before another black whirlpool opened, allowing him to observe a world he recognized as Douluo Continent 1.

Creating the Sky Curtain

Su He considered healing the suffering and performing miracles, but rejected both approaches. His reserves were nearly exhausted, ordinary people might mistake miracles for powerful Soul Skills, and direct proselytizing risked hostility from the Angel God’s and Sea God’s established followings 1 2.

Instead, he created a planet-spanning Sky Curtain to present fabricated histories of sealed World-Destroying Demon Gods. His intended sequence was to establish an impending catastrophe, release a sealed creature, demonstrate the helplessness of local powers, and finally provide an apostle or empowered native to save the world in a live broadcast 2.

He built the broadcasts around altered Ultraman Tiga stories. After discovering that high-level Soul Masters produced more potent faith because they better understood Tiga’s strength, he placed ten leading humans and Soul Beasts into an instance against Golza and Melba. Its rewards and penalties demonstrated that the Sky Curtain could directly alter cultivation and Soul Rings 10 11 15 16.

Expanding His Following

Su He revised the Gakuma story so that humans and monsters reconciled rather than ending with both creatures’ deaths. The broadcast explicitly identified Tiga as an apostle of the Light God who cherished all life. The number of Soul Beasts providing faith increased more than tenfold afterward 17.

He also opened challenges to ordinary humans and rewarded successful participants with Martial Souls and Innate Soul Power. He continued broadcasting two or three episodes daily, occasionally releasing creatures connected to upcoming stories for Douluo Continent’s inhabitants to discover and unseal 17.

Investigating Tang Hao revealed the Asura God’s divine power within three generations of the Tang family. Su He devoured that power, removing its influence, then watched Tang Hao fight Chen Xin without that advantage 22.

Apple Town and Gu Yuena

Su He used an avatar to observe Bi Ji’s establishment of the first Light God Temple in Apple Town. Impressed by her wish for peaceful coexistence between humans and Soul Beasts, he resolved to help her when the opportunity arose 26.

To establish his local identity, he altered the townspeople’s memories so they remembered him as a reclusive cultivator who had helped repel bandits. Gu Yuena became suspicious because he showed neither Soul Power fluctuations nor the usual amazement at her appearance. He presented himself as an off-world visitor seeking a quiet retirement; she subsequently became absorbed in his games and food 27 28.

When Gu Yuena chose to defend Douluo Star against Suranos, Su He declined to fight personally but completely healed her longstanding injury. Bi Ji later merged with the Tiga statue and drove Suranos away. Su He also erased the Divine Realm’s three curses targeting Soul Beasts, absorbing the power invested in them 39 41.

From Broadcast Settings to Real Worlds

The Yog-Sothoth broadcast produced an unprecedented surge of faith, allowing Su He to repair more of his core and extend the Sky Curtain to Elf Planet. He canceled that day’s instance because the audience’s terror risked disrupting faith generation 32.

After reaching Divine Power Level 2, he decided to introduce chakra to Douluo Star through a God Tree. Although his existing broadcasts could already sustain worship, he insisted on completing the storylines and foreshadowing he had established. He also planned to reuse the Otsutsuki and Land of Light settings on other planets 51.

Following Douluo Star’s destruction and the appearance of its counterpart, Su He sent eight chosen souls into a World Tree Branch containing the Digital World. Upon reaching Level 3, he made the branch and its inner world real, created the Land of Light, and appointed Sumu to manage the Sky Curtain and spread his faith 69 71 79.

Later Interventions

Su He explained to the two Gu Yuena that the awakened World Tree’s gift was evolving both Douluo Stars. The change raised their cultivation limits to Level 120 and created secret realms, increasing their effective area by roughly tenfold without enlarging their surfaces 97.

During Yhwach’s absorption of the Soul King, Su He claimed he could defeat him but warned that direct intervention might cause a greater crisis. He instead supplied Gu Yue and Nana with powerful transformation devices. A later passage reveals that the apparent apocalyptic destruction of the star region had been an illusion created entirely by Su He, whose resulting worship supplied another tide of faith 122 128.

Personality

Su He is calculating about worship. He treats fear, despair, admiration, and hope as distinct tools for producing faith, adjusting his broadcasts to different audiences. His pursuit of Soul Beast believers includes presenting reconciliation and equal concern for all life, while his cultivation rewards give ordinary humans a tangible reason to revere the Light God 2 10 17.

He also enjoys directing events. Instance challenges become a source of amusement, and he continues elaborate storylines even after concluding that simpler broadcasts could sustain his following. He describes himself as wanting retirement rather than grand ambitions, yet remains invested in completing the fictional worldviews he has introduced 17 27 51.

In personal company, he is relaxed, teasing, and fond of games. He repeatedly provokes Gu Yuena, jokes while sending her into battle, and takes pride in his ability to motivate cultivators. His inherited memories have also changed his perspective: beauties who would once have overwhelmed him no longer provoke the same reaction 11 27 39 98.

Abilities & Skills

Divine Creation Authority

Su He can spend divine power to make imagined things real, using information from his memories as a template 27 79.

  • Creates everyday objects such as a futuristic game console 27.
  • Creates living beings with divine status, including Sumu, and grants them a share of his authority 79.
  • Creates the Land of Light and makes the World Tree Branch and Digital World real 79.
  • Limit: Large-scale creation consumes substantial reserves. His Level 3 creation sequence expends approximately ninety percent of his divine power 79.

Sky Curtain and Illusion Control

The Sky Curtain is both a broadcasting system and a means of staging shared trials and apparent catastrophes 2 11 128.

  • Broadcasts globally, later extending to dozens of inhabited planets 2 79.
  • Alters existing stories, monster characteristics, and historical explanations to fit his intended narrative 17.
  • Extracts participants’ souls and places them inside an Illusion Orb for instance challenges 11.
  • Creates an illusion of star-region-wide apocalyptic destruction 128.
  • Early limit: He uses an illusory instance because he lacks the power to create a complete world, and initially avoids forcibly recruiting Gu Yuena because her strength makes it risky 11.

Faith Conversion

His Divine Core converts worship into divine power for recovery, advancement, and creation 1 32 79.

  • Receives faith directed toward his creations, including Tiga and the Sky Curtain 15.
  • Gains stronger faith from cultivators who understand the gap between their power and the displayed threats 10.
  • Limit: Faith directed at an intermediary diminishes before reaching him; worship addressed directly to the Light God is more efficient 15.
  • Restoring Yu Xi’s damaged core offers a faster path than ordinary divine advancement. Her former Level 18 great divine power is an inheritance ceiling to recover, not a rank Su He has already attained 79.

Cultivation and Divine-Power Manipulation

Su He can modify the foundations of other beings’ strength 15 16 17.

  • Strips cultivation years and reduces Soul Ring ages through instance penalties 15.
  • Increases Soul Power density and grants Martial Souls and Innate Soul Power as rewards 16 17.
  • Detects and devours the Asura God’s power within the Tang family 22.
  • Erases the Soul Beast curses on the Heavenly Mandate Stele and absorbs their invested divine power 41.

Healing and Memory Alteration

  • Healing: Completely repairs Gu Yuena’s old injury with a golden orb of divine power 39.
  • Memory alteration: Rewrites Apple Town’s collective memories to provide his avatar with an established local identity 27.

Perception, Avatars, and Time Control

  • Projects his sight through spatial and temporal barriers using the Light God’s divine characteristics 1.
  • Maintains an avatar on Douluo Star while his true body remains in the Divine Kingdom 26 69.
  • At Level 3, perceives inhabited planets and Divine Realms within ten thousand light-years 79.
  • States that he can alter the flow of time within a small area 116.

  • Bi Ji — Early temple founder and a believer whose commitment to human–Soul Beast coexistence earns his interest. She knows his avatar as a gentle, knowledgeable young man and later becomes Tiga 26 28 39.
  • Gu Yuena / Nana — Initially suspicious of his origins, later a close gaming companion and intimate partner. He heals her old injury, teases her frequently, and equips her during the Soul King crisis 27 39 116 122.
