Appearance
After becoming a Red Scale Conqueror, Singo develops a visibly draconic Half-Dragon body. He regards appearance as secondary to combat power, a view that repeatedly puts him at odds with Xia Ye Qiuyu and Mantou. 87 92
- Scale-covered arms and a muscular dragon-blooded physique 197
- Horn-like protrusions along his brow 92
- A scaly dragon face following the Red Scale transformation 92
- Often carries excessive supplies, potions, and specialized equipment for contingencies, making his pre-expedition appearance notably bulky 72
Personality
Singo is calculating, blunt, and intensely focused on long-term advantage. He prioritizes information, preparation, and resources over immediate rewards, whether by purchasing the Mysterious Invitation instead of equipment, delaying the release of class information, or stockpiling tools for future encounters. His direct manner often alienates others, including Mantou, guilds targeted by his taxes, and rivals who dislike his cautious playstyle. 71 74 87 494
He is also highly competitive and confident in his own judgment. Singo readily mocks weaker play, calls out poor preparation, and frequently treats danger as a problem to be solved through planning. However, he can admit fault: after a team wipe, he accepts responsibility for overlooking critical information and compensates his teammates with valuable equipment. 89 487 571

Story Role / Major Arcs
Formation of the Black Slave Four-Person Group
Singo first appears as a famous professional strategy master alongside Xia Ye Qiuyu and Born Battle Maniac, rescuing Mantou from a Savage Boar. He persuades Mantou to join their group by arguing that expensive quest items create more value than ordinary equipment. 71
After using the Mysterious Invitation to reach Keosius, Singo initially dismisses faction contribution as worthless. He quickly reverses this assessment after discovering that high-tier shop modules require contribution to unlock. 72 73
Singo then leads the group into an aggressive contribution-grinding strategy. He mortgages and sells the team’s equipment to fund another invitation, leaving them in basic clothing and earning the group its “Black Slave Four-Person Group” nickname. 74 76
Tax Officer of Bator City
When the faction position system opens, Singo chooses the Tax Officer role specifically because of its potential to generate contribution and revenue. 78
His proposed Property Tax, Income Tax, and Guild Tax increase Bator City’s revenue by 600% in one month. The success earns him substantial contribution, but also the nickname “Xin the Skinflint” and widespread hostility from guilds. 87
Red Scale Road
With enough faction contribution, Singo purchases the Crimson Scale and begins the Red Scale Road alongside Mantou. He demonstrates exceptional lassoing, riding, and persistence during the Wyvern-taming trial. 88 89
After swearing loyalty to Keosius and enduring the transformation ritual, Singo becomes a Half-Red Dragon Red Scale Conqueror. He returns to Bator City with Mantou to display their new forms and abilities to their teammates. 91 92
Wars, Hidden Instances, and Faction Operations
Singo contributes aerial support during the Hill Giant battle, using a marked arrow as a feint to create an opening for Mantou’s final strike. He also predicts the coming war through his observations of Ember Nest military activity. 93
During the Frost Scourge war, he urges Mantou to avoid high-level enemies and target weaker opponents instead. Their coordinated distraction-and-damage tactics reflect Singo’s preference for controlled, low-risk engagements. 181
In the Polar Night Demon Tower incident, Singo is dominated by Wagnerd but later recovers and cautiously verifies that Mantou is no longer possessed before lowering his weapon. 197 199
Empire Gladiator Tournament
Singo enters the Empire Gladiator Tournament as one of its strongest individual competitors. He defeats Da Dao in aerial combat, then draws Mantou in the following round. 487
He defeats Mantou by predicting the latter’s Young Dragon transformation and countering it with a Dragon Slayer Arrow. He subsequently eliminates Born Battle Maniac through kiting, but ultimately loses the final match to Steel Frenzy’s modified Warrior form. 492 494
Imperial Service and Later Campaigns
As a Dragon Blood Viscount, Singo rapidly moves to secure a Half Giant boss corpse when the Undead Creature Research Institute event begins, recognizing the potential of permanent Undead Followers. 416 418
He later joins the Empire Air Corps with Mantou, receives advanced Wyvern equipment, and conducts reconnaissance for bombing operations against the Green-skinned Orcs. 663 674 687
During campaigns against the Dragon Worship Cult and Evil Dragon Descendants, Singo directs infiltration plans, destroys a subterranean lair with artillery, calls in Wyvern bombers and a magic battleship, and continues to rely on explosives and battlefield control against superior enemies. 824 825
Battles Against Ancient and Legendary Enemies
Singo survives Ulrichia’s assault through prepared soul-preservation equipment after being struck by a High-Level Roar spell. As a soul body, he helps direct the plan to lure the Ancient Green Dragon into the outer city for a coordinated Imperial bombardment. 806 807
In the Doomsday Forbidden Zone, he gathers a coalition to face the Challenge Rating 21 boss Grimargos. He contributes planning, precision archery, and a Dimensional Collapse Bomb before landing a Dragon Slayer Arrow in the boss’s remaining eye. 854 855
Notable Quotes
“Watch more, practice more, grind more.”
— Singo, on the source of his early-game resources 72
“I’ll let the players know that taxes and death are inevitable.”
— Singo, choosing the Tax Officer position 78
Trivia
- Singo calls his Wyvern simply “Wyvern,” arguing that a straightforward name is better than Mantou’s naming choices. 90
- His Tax Officer policies became so unpopular that guilds considered surrounding his home, forcing him to negotiate a “Tax Non-Proliferation Agreement.” 87
- He is regarded as highly controversial among Starfallers: supporters consider him a leading guide for the game, while detractors view him as an exceptionally cunning opportunist. 487
- Singo is known as a completionist and routinely explores ruins, gathers rare consumables, and accumulates specialized tools beyond what Mantou can match. 487
